31/7/2021 21:37 | Hits is right (again): There's NOTHING TO SEE HERE until 1st quarter next year - when George and his merry band "finally" either deliver gas in sufficient volume to pay off their exceptionally large and costly loan (*despite George's assurances that we never needed it in the first place) or they FAIL AGAIN - in which case it is lights out IMHO. No amount of renewable can-kicking is going to pay those extortionate salaries for further years to come if PoundLand proves to be as unprofitable as every other asset these numpties have touched. Only a fool (or someone with a clear agenda) chooses to ignore history & Anguish's butt ugly history is there for all to see! If you invest in FAILURE you shouldn't be surprised to see your investment FAIL too. Buyer beware! CQ ;-) | clottedq
30/7/2021 12:46 | and dear oh dear ...let's not forget: JA51OILER - 31 Mar 2021 -" As JT has pointed out, if there was a contract still in place with Shell as you maintain, Angus would be in breach for non-delivery and it would now be void. "JA51OILER - 29th Jul 2021 " It's the only reason the lenders have rescued the company from going down the pan." ... | sincero1
30/7/2021 12:44 | jtisadly's recent posts... dear oh dear .... clueless.... 5.7.21 "placing this week or next" 8.7.21"another placing or two in the next few months" 9.7.21 "" placing is in the queue and will come once the latest UKOG issue has been digested" 14.7.21 ""I'm expecting two placings this year" "I'm expecting two placings this year" 21.5.21 "poor angus 0.20 soon" 9+ weeks ago. " share price into the sixties shortly " 7+ weeks ago. "oga approval doubt" . " financing doubt" . " running out of money " weekly prediction for last 6 months. " 0.15 by end of year". " placing soon " daily prediction for last 6 months. "its a pump & dump" - it wasn't. "They did run out of money towards the end of March, as we predicted" - As at 31 March 2021 the Group had cash of £591,000. As at 31 March 2021 the Group had net current assets of £1,351,000". Here are a few of jtisadly's comment regarding mercuria: "If Mercuria has written the hedge contracts, Anguish may fall into their hands" "it's going to cost Mercuria lots of money" "Maybe they can use Anguish's tax losses" "I expect Mercuria to want Anguish to have more placings" "I dare say Mercuria will be getting all its original demands met" "I expect the loan terms to stipulate release of funds as and when needed and subject to Mercuria's specific approval" "Id be surprised if we don't see the appointment of a Mercuria person as a Director there very shortly." "The proposed loan terms are unaffordable. Mercuria must have something else in mind" "For someone like Mercuria, this is a no-brainer. Tax losses that make pulling the plug on Anguish pretty well risk-free if they can't make money on the gas" | sincero1
29/7/2021 18:22 | Let's keep it clean chaps, people come on here to debate Angs | ultimatejustice9
29/7/2021 18:20 | Angus took 18 months to secure the loan with more than 40 companies and 10 independent CPR's carried out. -It was tough conditions out there! At one point we were looking at negative gas prices. What a difference a few months can make. | ultimatejustice9
29/7/2021 17:10 | JA51OILER - 31 Mar 2021 -" As JT has pointed out, if there was a contract still in place with Shell as you maintain, Angus would be in breach for non-delivery and it would now be void." | sincero1
29/7/2021 16:45 | Sorry UJ9, We have a resident "Moron" on here. Ignore its posts as everyone else does. The reasons they need to produce. | ja51oiler

29/7/2021 16:09 | UJ9 it will be less than £900k if they can't produce enough gas to pay the Knowe £1,4 Million CLN in April and the first installment of that £12 million in July. | ja51oiler
29/7/2021 16:04 | One of the reasons to re-visit in the past is to gain Knowledge. Angus took 18 months to secure the loan with more than 40 companies and 10 independent CPR's carried out. That's straight from GL, not me! The "Moron" must be on page 83 of its cringe-worthy history now. | ja51oiler

29/7/2021 15:40 | UJ9. There is absolutely no doubt that gas prices are booming at present! It's the only reason the lenders have rescued the company from going down the pan. However, you should learn from the past and take EVERYTHING the company tells you with a large pinch of salt! I suggest again you take a look at the OGA figures for what Saltfleetby was actually producing from the 2 wells before it was abandoned. I should also have a look at Saltfleetby energy's accounts as to what the costs and turnover were when it was producing! the losses for the last 5 years are staggering! I attach links to both. Scroll down to the PPRS Spatial Dashboard and zoom into Saltfleetby on the map. All figures can be gathered there. The last 6 Months of production in 2017 (the last time it was produced) was. 0.56 MMscf/d 0.00 MMscf/d 0.00 MMscf/d 0.56 MMscf/d 1.19 MMscf/d 0.44 MMscf/d 2014 Turnover £14,470 Million............. 2015 Turnover £8,099,Million...... 2016 Turnover £6,954 Million............. 2017 Turnover £3,568 Million............. 2018 Turnover £0 Million............. | ja51oiler

29/7/2021 12:45 | Fair enough, at least your honest about selling. No doubt about it, this has cost a lot more and deadlines have been missed. I agree with you, however you have to look at where we are now. It's not just about LTHs its about people looking to get in now. I believe there has never been a better incentive to get the gas going considering the gas price increase over the last few months. All about delivery for me. | ultimatejustice9
29/7/2021 11:59 | Correct UJ, unlike many, I'm open book. Are you honestly disputing the cast-iron facts that Poundland is going to be c. 18 months late getting to first gas and will cost at least 4 times its original estimate to get there? Would you like me to copy n paste George's own words for you where he stated those expectations, which the company has now missed by a mile? No interpretation there, I assure you. | headinthesand

I stand 100% behind my summarising of the current sites stated next door. No valid reason even faintly imaginable, ergo shenanigans are very clearly afoot. Best of luck to the genuine here, whether realists or dreamers. As for the recent infestation of shills and deliberately deceptive short termists, may you get what you deserve' | ultimatejustice9
29/7/2021 10:13 | It's not fact, it's your interpretation. My interpretation is that we shall see first gas Q4 driven by the big insensitive of £1.03/ therm. | ultimatejustice9
29/7/2021 10:08 | You mistake facts for feathers. Why am I not surprised? | headinthesand
