31/5/2024 19:33 | Have you noticed those huge late-reported trades in both Vast and UKOG. 180mm UKOG shares yesterday afternoon at just over 0.20, reported after hours today. Doesn’t really seem right, does it? | jtidsbadly

16/5/2024 11:10 | 1347: there’s no way of knowing, is there? I’m assuming that Anguish may not have repaid the Aleph part of the £12mm. loan they didn’t need in full. If that is the case, shareholders ought to know, really, and why, what? | jtidsbadly
16/5/2024 10:32 | JT Surely the charge on the loan they didn't need, until they did, would be in favour of both Mercuria and Aleph, although neither are named, as the Law Debenture Trust Corporation Plc are named as the Persons entitled? Yes indeed, why isn't that one satisfied now? Did they not pay it off fully or is the charge retained as security over the hedges and/or royalties? The second one will relate to the Trafigua now you can borrow enough to get completely out of debt loan, but again they are not named in the charge document. | 1347
16/5/2024 10:14 | And as if by magic....!!! See you in a couple of weeks you sad little boy | fat frank
16/5/2024 10:04 | Just popped in for a quick look and I see that 'The Mutual Masturbation Society' is still going strong. My oh My, what a truly fulfilling life they must have........ I wonder if BubonicDog will stop by to say hello... | fat frank
16/5/2024 08:58 | 1347: I dare say the earlier charge, on the 2021 loan, is in favour of Aleph and the fresh one in favour of Trafigura. Which would suggest that Anguish hadn’t repaid the Aleph slice of the earlier loan. Why would that be, do you suppose? | jtidsbadly
15/5/2024 17:15 | JT Those charges are odd for two reasons. Firstly, as the drawdown of the 'now you can borrow enough money to get completely out of debt' loan was on 22nd February 2024 then why have the charges only now been registered? Secondly, as the Nijmegen and Arnhem loans were paid off on that date (allegedly) then why aren't those other charges now satisfied? Are they keeping them in place as security against the death spiral royalty payments? As for Knowe, I don't know how you can go for over two years without filing any accounts and still be trading. Without those accounts how can they calculate what Corporation Tax may be due and file their CT600? I'm afraid it's just further indications about the dodgy dealings around these companies and the absence of any proper regulatory oversight or governance. | 1347
15/5/2024 16:18 | I see that Anguish and Saltfleetby Energy have each lodged a further new charge at Companies House. The existing charge (relating to the 2021 financing) in each case appears to be in place still, so presumably these are cumulative. I don’t know if this signifies anything. Meanwhile Companies House is still asleep at the wheel as to Knowe Properties, who have been discharged from another compulsory strike-off action begun last month which is not listed in their filings report! Still no Accounts. | jtidsbadly
14/5/2024 22:32 | Yes, Aleph are party to the royalty too, apparently, though that wasn’t disclosed until recently. OofyProsser in Kansas is saying that if the royalty beneficiaries sell these new shares daily pro rata, it will add 1.25 million shares to the daily sales volume, which, as he observes, is quite a lot in a quiet market. It appears to be, as we have each said over the past few months, a race to the bottom between Angus, Vast and UKOG (and others I haven’t looked at, doubtless). I still think it will be in reverse order but anything could happen. The Ocebot is working overtime on several sites, never a good sign, what? | jtidsbadly
14/5/2024 19:19 | JT Don't Aleph also get some in the ratio 1/3? I wonder if Mercuria will actually sell them to Aleph, otherwise who else is going to buy 27 million confetti shares in this outfit? It's UKOG Mk II, effectively a death spiral. I doubt we'll se a TR-1 though, Aleph if they ever issue any at all are usually months late in that regard. On AIM generally, yes the shysters running the companies, the barrow boys in the City of London and a regulatory regime that is as much use at stopping transgressions as Sunak's stop the boats policy is, has resulted in AIM becoming a waste of time and money. Genuine companies, the few that there are, are getting tarred with the same brush, they've more or less killed AIM off as a stock market. As for 'erbert, well he's just there to facilitate insider and related party interests, either via a low ball take over or an eventual de-listing. | 1347 |
