Ooh look, RNS! They’re paying down the first royalty payment in shares. I can’t see Nercuria wanting to hang on to those for too long. The share price suggests the mugs don’t like it.

1347: yes, the banks in the UK keep fouling the economy up on about an 8-12 year cycle and get bailed out, while their morally corrupt and greedy Directors etc. keep all they've awarded themselves - as with the water companies, P.O. etc. The smaller outfits are mostly just cowboys and small investors must have lost billions over the years in AIM stocks through their chicanery, with no affordable recourse. It’s not a market that a respectable company should want to be associated with - that’s what it’s come to.

I’m hoping to see two years of Knowe accounts simultaneously. Otherwise it does seem they’ll still be late.

Angus was better under his Lordship, in my opinion. This chap needs a personality injection and a course in presentation and PR. He’s turned a poorly managed, dodgy company into a poorly managed, dodgy, boring company, what? A total outsider. I mean to say.

JT Thanks for the heads up, won't it mean the next year is now automatically late? I see more and more companies are leaving the UK stock market, especially AIM, they are either de-listing or moving their listing to Europe or the US markets. I guess people have figured out just how hopeless and corrupt it all is in the UK now with the inept Sunak grafting public funds to his wife's / cronies business interests and how poorly regulated it all is, seems they are voting with their feet and their money.

1347: there’s an addition this morning on the Companies House site for Knowe Properties, to the effect that strike off action has been discontinued and the document will be available within 10 days. In view of the fact that they’ve already published a confirmation statement, this must refer to their Accounts. The first since 2020. Sadly, the Accounts will be in respect of 2021.

Firstly I am a millionaire (not extraordinary in this day and age) , secondly you've lost money on all of your get rich schemes. You choose to remember that you made a fortune or were cheated out of it , the latter being the norm.

I like insincero's new picture. What a shame he had to run off and hide.

He is now being very knowledgeable about GWMO as it reaches an all time low.

1347: I mention those two because of one or two important similarities to the position here. As for “most of thisâ€￾, I agree with all of it really but think the 0.40 is irrelevant now. If thereâ€â222;¢s a takeover. It will be at a fraction of that price. They'll get the biggest possible placing away first though, what? I’ve had a look at the Kemexon UK accounts published last month. Itâ€â„;¢s a tiddler, isnâ€â̶2;¢t it?
JTidsbadly
1347: yes, I agree with nearly all of this, as you know. I think itâ€â„;¢s more likely that Anguish will be taken over and a minimal payment paid to shareholders for it, more like 0.05 or 0.1p per share than anything close to where it is now. People will ask, in that case why go through the whole loan process? Well, thereâ€â222;¢s a few nice arrangement fees involved in the latter, and Trafigura will get its money back in a takeover, wonâ€â̶2;¢t they? The jayhawkers on the UKOG and Vast sites donâ€â̶2;¢t seem to be universally content. Whoâ€â̶2;¢s next?

Dreadful for shareholders. I wish them good luck but agree with you 1347. Youâ€â̶2;¢ve been warning for a very long time about a low priced takeover following exercise of options/warrants etc. at a low price. I’ve gone on and on about the need for further big equity issues here. Itâ€â„;¢s done and dusted. I wonder how long it will take for the penny to drop and for the share price to reflect the reality.

So just tumbleweed on this BB now. Meanwhile time's up on the Bridge Loan Too Far and as I expected it has gone to the wire and the share price has been walked down towards the floor price of 0.4 p, in my view contrived and exactly as 'erbert and his major shareholders intended. So what will it be now? A conversion at rock botton price giving Aleph a shed load of shares sufficient, along with Kemxon to do a back door takeover of Anguish Energy? Or will it get can-kicked for another 3 months, with an even lower floor price and more warrants and fees, no doubt paid by confetti shares. Either way it seems to me it's close to game over for smaller shareholders, no value to be had here. All just my opinion but we'll see what happens on the next few bends on Snake Pass.
