All looking great. Liner and casing over the weekend and testing early next week. Should hopeful get some initial indication before the test results. GL did state that so expecting a commerciality RNS mid week.

On Jan 10th, the share register said.

The total percentage of shares not in public hands is 30.11% defined as being beneficial holdings of shares held by shareholders holding above 10% and the directors holdings.

As of yesterday, it now says

Shares not in Public Hands

The total percentage of shares not in public hands is 15.4% defined as being beneficial holdings of shares held by shareholders holding above 10% and the directors holdings.

Shareholdings in Angus Energy of greater than 3% are as follows:

Forum Energy Services Limited 15.17%
Kemexon Ltd 9.00%
Aleph Fin C Limited 7.90%

The above information was accurate as at 1 February 2023 and is based on TR1 notifications received by the Company.

1347: yes. Investors don’t normally exercise warrants that are close to the money early if they think the price is going to rise, do they? Not unless they’re expecting a quick p&d, anyway. Most of the warrant holders are insiders.

Was contemplating adding here today but can't quite put my finger on weather if I like the risks here ... I did well trading when they had the last flow results and wells on line ... also gas was a lot higher .. if this is a success we should easily see an immediate 30-40% rise then it's down to flow rates.

It's worth 20k ish ... bought most at 1.97 late last year ... added at 1.5p to average down... it's still worth £30k on paper near to £32k but I said £30k ;)

1347: yes, push2. He talks the technical talk but hasn’t got any idea at all of the financial implications of what he’s saying. They haven’t got weeks in which to complete the sidetrack, they’re strapped. And there are Charges in place on the Debenture. The other shills are lapping up his stuff though. It would be rude not to, what?

JT Exactly. I see Push2 (whatever happened to the first one?), has done his Captain Oats impression again and pushed off from Kansas. Apparantly he is such an expert on drilling that the possibility that others might think there is a problem that Anguish may be unable to fix, and even have the temerity to challenge him and his accolytes, is simply too much for his oversized ego to bear.

Now 97 days into a 28 day drill. Will the old Anguish Energy Bus they make that next bend on Snake Pass?

1347: well, I’m sure many of the mugs who put up the money in the placings that he’s foisted on them are of the forelock-tugging serf mentality, and are happy that the Chairman and Interim MD have thereby been enabled to live in the style, with their feet on the Club fender, to which their nobility - albeit Irish - entitles them. Buy the shares? What, us? You must be joking. Haw haw. I should say so. I mean to say. Quaff quaff.
