Blimey...Looks like they're paying The Cheerleaders overtime?

From past experience this is a textbook AIM signal for an imminent placing IMHO.

Have a great weekend investors those of you here with a conscience.

Cheerleaders: better get those costumes washed & ironed for the big push next week!

CQ :-)

Well done Odious. You and your chums will be feeling pleased with yourselves. How much are you hoping for? A million? It’s a possibility, there’s lots of mugs on your favourite site now. What story are you going to spin about a loan? At least you’ll have kicked the can down the road for a few more months. Though whether it will be enough to buy all that kit is another matter.. never mind, something might come up.

Odious:
Why would I report your posts here? They were so childish last weekend they did far more damage to Mug Punter investor confidence than I did posting the facts in return.

Keep it up I quite enjoy your embarrassment.

And your LSE name is? And can you confirm you were previously LankashirelifeTM?

Chicken licker, clotted cream and the JT homos; I'd close them shorts out before they come back to get you. How's 7 percent...

No? No smart reply? No placing at a penny on Monday then? Just one more push.. go on, you know you want to.

Come on, Odious. Just one more push this afternoon and you may be able to get a limited placing away at a penny on Monday!

I think gkb has been doing a lot of that recently. He posted that posts should be reported, some people filter him now.

That said, I think lse run a very tight ship over there and make the decisions. I guess they have to screen to ensure standards are met. I suspect they don't like posters who don't have an interest in the company and who post excessively unfounded rumours etc.

Odious: it is ironic that anyone from this site has been suspended from the other site. It’s the people who instigated their suspension that should be suspended.

I don't think any of my posts have been deleted - I assume you tried?

I find it quiet ironic that you got suspended from lse - may be that was karma?

Odious: I think you’ll find they’re close to running out of options. So humiliating. Still, more time for the tailoring business. Those shooting jackets are hideous, by the way. Anyone wearing those on a shoot will be a hiss and a byword (Shakespeare?) to right-minded people. Comical.

The board have options though, which are the same if not greater incentivisation. I thought you were familiar with FTSE options?

Odious: you have shocking double standards. The management here hold minuscule positions in their company’s equity, yet you don’t question “the strength, depth and reasons” for their terrible decisions, missed deadliness, huge underestimation of costs, mis-allocation of spending, etc.

You know as well as I do ((almost) the execrable quality of the other site now. What do you think they’ll be saying if there’s no announcement next week? Ah yes, it’s the virus, not the management’s fault. I’m expecting a good effort to get the price higher this afternoon.

Hi Ja51

I don't have an account on twitter (you can read tweets without being logged in). In terms of lse, given most others on here don't reveal their lse handles, I don't see why I should do either.

Still willing to help with the tone of your twitter posts though.

Cheerio

Wow, quite a lot of angst on this board this morning. I thought the lse site has been going from strength to strength.

I think the real problem on this board is that none of the key contributors have shares in Angus (beyond token nominal values) and so that leads me to question the strength, depth and reasons for their research. I find other advfn boards have much better quality and depth of posters. Ja51 in particular was subject to the following Q&A response on angusenergy.co.uk, with respect to which I still believe he is in denial:-

There is a poster on the LSE forum chat board called JA51. This poster has the grand amount of 1 share by his own admission and constantly criticises the Angus share no matter what good news comes out. He has posted over 1360 posts and not one has been in praise of Angus. Indeed he was the author of a list of 20 questions asked last month to the Board.

My Question is this….. Can this person not be silenced once and for all as he is doing my sizeable investment in Angus Energy no good. Asked on 20 February 2020

I sympathise. We received yet another question from this overwhelmingly negative poster last month. They are normally framed in the inflammatory language of an investigative journalist i.e. “Can you confirm or deny such and such with dark hints of wrongdoings here, there and everywhere. Much of the information presented on the Boards by him is either plain wrong or simply wrongly interpreted. We attempt to answer all his assertions here, if only to rectify the misinformation and to show that we are genuine in our attempts to communicate openly with investors. Success at Balcombe and Saltfleetby is the only thing which will silence such detractors.

IMHO:

LSE site is now officially an Anguish cheerleader echo chamber. No "genuine" discussion or debate... no FACTS... just obfuscation (smoke & mirrors) and a liberal sprinkling of fake optimism in order to net a few newbie investors.

About as disgraceful as the management of this company IMHO... but why should we expect anything else from them?
They've let "genuine" shareholders down so often that whatever they promise now should be taken with the contempt it truly deserves.

CQ ;-)

Choo Choo: "LUCAN said supplying first gas first quarter 2021...looks on schedule to me..."

Dear oh dear...seems like you've spent too long playing with Thomas The Tank Engine & his friends!

Meanwhile... back in the real world:

Anguish haven't even got their loan approved yet... long lead items are months away, even if the money drops into their bank accounts today... then there's Covid and Brexit import / export chaos to add into the mix.

Let's not forget the regulatory hurdles and safety testing before we even begin to get a clear picture of just how much gas is actually there & if they need to drill another hole to assist with extraction...

If all goes to schedule from now on (and NOTHING has so far!) you'll be lucky to see production this side of February 2022! IMHO: Q1 2021... is an impossibility right now... and "EVERYONE" including the BOD know it!

CQ ;-)

Wolfofthewoods: the provision for Lidsey’s abandonment may be keeping them afloat for a month, who knows? The Brockham provision might be enough for another month. In another couple of months, if they haven’t got the massive loan they’re looking for, going concern status could be on the Board agenda, couldn’t it? Tax loss shell, anyone?

I’m not like cats, no.

Luckily Angus will not be diluting shareholders as Lidsey oil well will be self sufficient and there will be no need to go to market.

How did that all pan out again? Oh yes someone elses watch, not this watch. Or any watch. Unless you are talking rolex watch in which case they all have that watch thank you please.

Anyone like cats?
