I am surprised this has not moved higher so far today with POG up , Silver up , the manat weakening again. All good news for AAZ

They are getting 35% more now for their silver than at start of the year. The silver production this year is way higher than ever before.The broker is going to have to revise upwards their note shortly & move target price well above 30P

And the gold silver gap chart wise, has closed significantly the last few days. If silver continues to run that IMO will propel gold to new highs. GLA

Well if we end up in the position of worrying that 18,000oz are going to be sold cheap I promise you I won't care. The value gained will be so large that it really will be peanuts in the scheme of things. We are c.$100 short of that worry.
Silver looks so strong and it's dragging gold along for the ride it would seem.

The buying has been very patient the last two days but I suspect we're running out of sellers at this level. It's going to have to move soon

I expect the hedging was necessary for re-financing and maybe to increase the funding available. If they are to be awarded new license areas in Azerbaijan then they would have to prove that they have the resources available to move those licenses forward. The hedging is only for 18,000oz so I can live with that.

I do think in a few weeks time they might regret hedging at such a low price. Sensible as it might have seemed at the time & thankfully for only 50% of production for next 6 months. If Italy is indeed teetering on a bank run then, Gold is going to see $1,400 in the blink of an eye now.I see Deutsche Bank continues to plumb new lows

Gold and Silver on the move. Could see a firm break through 16p tomorrow.

2 weeks until Q2 results.

I expect it will not be long before we get re-financing of the debt too.
