Matt

I have to compliment you on your gold price charting over the years. You have nailed it!

Katsy, 100k ounces a year for 48 years, or whichever way you'd like to cut it, this deal is a banker for decades to come. Widows and orphans roll up roll up, here's a meal ticket for the rest of your days.

The implication seems to be that if AAZ can't make it work nobody can. If we spend 2m and then walk away with pog so strong nobody else will try so there's a huge incentive for Conroy to make this work

A lot of people seem to be complaining because AAZ has paid the equivalent of a small amount for a building plot. With the price of gold strong, a project close to production would have been multiple times more expensive The key issue in Ireland is likely to be environmental permits but the company will know that. It changes little right now but clearly has potential. Patience will be rewarded here, though possibly not as quickly as elsewhere! PXC doing the business this week!

Much more to come hear once the JV is completed. Also note that AAZ are in charge of management in the new JV which is a plus pointA management committee with equal representation from both Anglo Asian and Conroy Gold will be established to run the three Joint Venture Companies. Final control of the management committee shall in principle rest with Anglo Asian until either Anglo Asian does not proceed to, or does not complete, the Secondary Expenditure stage.

It seems significant potential, very considerable exploration upside containing significant gold targets with a well defined path to production is not enough for some.

Those that know Aaz will also know they have “ significant” expertise and experience with a track record second to none.

Still not enough of an investment for some, but that’s always been the case as jb will recall a shareholder known as resourceful, wasn’t enough for him and he sold a million shares @ 8p. The journey to this point is littered with similar accounts, doing nothing whilst patiently watching takes a little longer than 5 mins.

This video shows very succinctly why PYC could be worth MULTIPLES of 100p

Tempus is a $5bn startup targeting 'Personalised Precision Oncology'

If they are serious (they certainly sound like it) they or others in this huge emerging field will have to snap up a Company with the specialist knowledge / Virtual Tumour model and relationships Physiomics have built over 20 years IMO

Why PYC could be the RENX of Cancer AI

I've been a long term fan of PYC but this video is mindblowing

Brasso agree with you but the hype around forthcoming results at GGP linked with its big partner means its there to be traded. AAZ even though it’s raking in cash and gets cheaper by the day but others are moving faster on thin air, so might as well trade them.

This joint venture will immediately add gold resources to our inventory and there is a well-defined path to production at Clontibret. There is also very considerable exploration upside along the rest of the Longford Down Massif.

Clontibret is of a scale which will add significantly to the Company's operations.

An additional 8.8 million ounces of gold exploration targets in the Longford Down trend providing significant upside potential.

The licences cover over 800 square kilometres in a major gold district in the north-east of the island of Ireland, known as the Longford Down Massif, containing significant gold targets.

Also includes Clay Lake in County Armagh, Northern Ireland - a gold target that extends for two kilometres by one kilometre and lies at the north-eastern end of the 40 mile Longford Down gold trend.

AAZ - at the moment jeanesy we're seeing those that are unhappy leave the party, which is fine,,, they may be right to do so, who knows,,, but, once they've gone and the company gives us an interview to explain how this JV works the rest of us can then take a view,,, surely AAZ will be lining something up with Andrew on that front,,, after all the Prof at CGNR has already done so!!!! come on AAZ, speak up :-) Cheers Wan :-)

You are correct.
Some will get shaken out and some bored.
Thats their choice,
But the clever ones will stay and reap the rewards.

Medium to long term isn't cashflow increasing hand over fist.

There are tangible gains daily with the rising Gold price.

At dividend increases galore.

Back to AAZ. Have had chance to sleep on it and still haven't changed my mind about the JV. Makes no sense to me unless there is a something else going on behind the scenes that we are not yet party to. As for partying we should be way , way higher here.. and yet we are not. This JV is a distraction that we could do without out imo. I hope the next news we get is going to cheer me up. I am a LTH but my patience is starting to run out here. Even Matt was fed up the other week . Come on AAZ announce something that the market is going to like .. please !

Problem With AAZ is everything is medium to long term, and in the current climate people don't want that. What is the company doing short term to increase output?! How is the company planning on getting to mid tier status? If I have to wait 2/3/4 years to go from 80k geo to 100k geo is it worth the wait? How do we go to 250k geo

Not many stocks out there that have a very limited downside whilst paying a dividend. Sooner or later this will break to the upside. I know many here are well in profit from holding before this year. I'm underwater having bought in at 141p but I'm confident this will pay me back well. I'm not expecting baggers but I see this as a safe stock to hold.

GGP value is crazy. Just makes me think about adding more at ALTN, AAZ and ECR.
