Personally wouldn't touch N4P with a barge pole. in fact they tried to create a 'human barge pole' a few years ago with this all singing and dancing improvement on a Viagra ... needless to say that fell flat (literally) at the first hurdle and after many 'exciting' proactive video interviews about billion dollar potential that took the share price from 4p to 30p+ it was thrown in the waste basket.

Once bitten ....

ODX had me jumping up and down for two completely different reasons yesterday, excitement when they rose so quickly to 90 and annoyance when they fell back to 60 on that terribly handled rns. Suspect a shake this morning to 50 then back up to end 75ish but wtfdik.

Good stuff from JSE, happy to hold this one along with TXP, RRE, SQZ and PTAL for the long term. Rumours of oils demise are soo overstated.

JSE numbers out, over to you KS :-) thanx, cheers Wan :-)

I like this;
The combined effect is that we continue to strengthen our net cash position, which now stands at US$72 million and affords us the comfort to re-affirm plans to pay our first dividend later this year, as previously committed. We are building a business that is resilient on all fronts, and can continue to thrive even in a low price environment, with an operating cashflow break-even oil price for the remainder of the year reduced to US$20/bbl.

and this;
At the same time, we are also optimistic about the potential for new M&A opportunities to present themselves as a result of the current challenging environment. We will not deviate from our stringent approach to screening, nor our exclusive focus on the Asia Pacific region, but we are well positioned to leverage our strong financial position as an acquirer. As always, our focus is on identifying and acquiring assets which offer the potential for substantial value generation through incremental investment."

Results out from TST, which I mentioned yesterday. Looks positive and navigating their way through covid 19 nicely. One mistake I made yesterday is giving the half year revenue figures,
Worth checking the RNS out, especially the chairman's statement which spells out what's been happening since covid 19.

I have just taken a read of that RNS.
I loved the way they were calling shares "units"
I won't comment on them as i have no interest in them at all.

Its funny how we in spain hide from the sun this time of year in the day.
We tend to go outside when the sun starts to drop and cool off a little.
Enjoy the weather over there,their is not better place on earth than britain when the sun shines.

Condor gold announce a big private placing, 20% of share cap at a 25% discount to last nights close. You have to be constantly grateful that the board here never get up to such shenanigans, which clearly just profit the in crowd at the expense of loyal shareholders.

no need to apologise cmb,,, golden rule, whatever we read, hear from others, the final decision to invest is down to us, no-one else,, I don't give the money I lost in AMC a few months back a second thought,,, selling up and moving on is all part of the game,,,, in fact, I'd say,, a major, very important part of this game,,, whether that be taking a profit or taking a loss... so no worries, cmb..... I learnt a lot from that experience and it helped me to say no to AMC this time around,,,, I admit I thought about taking a position, thinking, hmm, interesting, somethings happening here,,, but then, I remembered the chart and all the previous false dawns and thought, no way Wan, leave it alone,,,,,, those that did well, great work, great timing,,, those that lost, I know exactly how you feel right now,,, all I can say to you is once you sell up and move on, the red is off the screen and you can forget about it very quickly as you make it back elsewhere,, its liberating, a good feeling once you've done it.... even though you've lost some cash,,,, GLA Cheers Wan :-)

CMB

We make our own choices and AMC is my own fault. More AIM stocks fail rather than prosper so you will always pick occasional dogs. PPC is one of mine that tortured me for many years!
