Silver at $33 |
Gold, silver and copper all strong again. Surely something has to give at AAZ. The way margins work, we'll be making so much more at these levels than has been pencilled in. |
GENI - placing, small discount to previous closing. Fiinu also a placing, knew that one was coming, did well to get it away at 10p though - no way I’d have paid that but it was clearly forward sold. |
WG.looks another ouch moment. |

OMI up 34% on TSX. No idea why. |
:-) thanx ssb,,, I'll let you know what I do :-) :-) |
AIE' nothing is going to change me at the age of 77. In July I will be 78. Still quite fit for my age 😉. You know the old saying "Sticks and stones etc". 😜😂 |
2cmb, It appears so 😊 As we get older we seem to mellow or become less tolerant. I’m sure you don’t need telling this but don’t change, you are the character that you are. |
AIE' I think you have become an investor in AAZ now. We all have our good and bad days.😭 |
2cmb, Maybe have a curfew on this thread 😁 |
No problem cmb,, thanx,, you are welcome here whenever you want, Cheers Wan :-) |
Wan THE CULT don't sell we just keep adding. Long game.
However any profit is a profit in this game. Good luck us.
You may have to splash out for a new pair of cowboy boots.

Wan' I have a short temper !! That is my big weakness. I don't hold anything against you. I will refrain from posting much on this thread . My post are blunt that is part of my character unfortunately.
On another note Jeanesy, I could not resist doing a top up either. Next week hopefully we should get news from the Co. |
Agreed Matt. I have never invested in any ETF's. I am just a happy holder of AAZ shares. My son deals with physical gold and silver. I leave him to his device's. |
Not correct. There are ETF's with direct holdings of physical gold, numbered bars, segregated, audited and cannot be lent or borrowed against. I've posted about it some weeks back. Paper ETF's absolutely... |
You are so right Mattjos I personally would not touch an ETF. |
from that article 2cmb:
"Holding the physical metals is expensive, risky and impractical. It is much easier to invest via an ETF..."
That is as maybe BUT .... you dont actually own the metal in an ETF. They will just settle you out for cash and not the physical. If gold is revalued as part of a global monetary reset, you can be damn sure they will settle you up in cash ahead of that revaluation on the basis that they can not actually get hold of the physical. I so not trust these sort of synthetic instruments .. not one inch. |
Copper on another tear today & Gold moving after the brief $2,900 re-test |
A bit of interesting post about Gold price currently. |
Market will catch on eventually that heightened Gold prices have risen and are still rising more so than Gold miners costs. Seems that many people are concentrating too much on the day-to-day 'what will the Donald' do next, which has pretty much just been what he said he would do in his campaign - admittedly that is a peculiarity fir a politician to enact what he said he would but its surely been well telegraphed through the 2024 campaign trail |

Couldn't resist buying a few more just now |
JB' No problem at all. I have managed to do a nice top up in AAZ, thanks to the seller. Better off investing in AAZ than buying gold bars at the moment. |
