We know we are going to get 2 bits of news soon - Gilar ore being processed and production estimate for 25. |
Something Extraordinary Is Taking Place In The Gold Vaults Below Manhattan |
Nick Gerli, CEO of US housing data app Reventure, link 1) commenting on elevated US house builder inventories, historic significance and US recession fears… link 2) specific case study.
you can’t say he ain’t gonna know the US housing mkt..
His stuff is worth a follow on Twitter, comes across well.
You know the old saying - “when the US sneezes…” |
Guys' I remember Bit Coin chat with a mate of mine about it in Cyprus at the Time. It was around $7 at that time !! My answer to him then was, I was not interested because I just didn't understand the logic behind it !! It is not something I can spend or use in a supermarket !! I will not waste anymore time on some mathmatik formüla!! FFS' it can go to zero tomorrow when these new computers crack the code !! 😞 |
I would say we are in an 16 month long upward channel where at present the top of the range is around 140p and the bottom is around 106p. |
Brasso, I like the way you put a shine on things but, think we need some news to push through 120p…we’ve been bouncing around here for ages. Let’s hope you’re right and I’m wrong 👍 |
Brass - give it a rest we can't teach stupid.
May be early demented state with a few here.
BTC, Gold, BIRD - "it is not rocket science".

Actually, forgot to add to my North Sea oil and gas question, anyone with a view on Deltic? share price hasn’t recovered since the Pensacola relinquishment…; |

I pity people like you and the level of ignorance about BTC. You cannot see what is happening before your very eyes!
- NASDAQ listed companies own BTC (MSTR, TSLA, COIN). - Sovereign nations own BTC (USA, UK, China, Bhutan, El Salvador). - Large institutions have BTC ETFs (Blackrock, Vaneck, Fidelity). - Some of the greatest investors are pro BTC (Ray Dalio, Paul Tudor Jones, Stan Druckenmiller). - The USA is looking into a strategic BTC reserve. |
@foetus Tut. It’s a free speech board. |
average IQ in the US is 98.
I think that’s generous, by about 97. |
The inherent value is that people believe the number of BTC will never increase, whereas the volume of fiat will always expand. But the lack of usage is a problem. Look,I thought for years it would go to zero, but in the end decided that it was worth having a little skin in the game.My point is that to say something that has gone from cents to $100k is a scam like Schiff does comes across like sour grapes. Go long, go short,or shut up. Nothing else is acceptable imo |
73352 - Saylor is a perfect example 🙄 |
good idea :-) |
Why don’t you get ssb to explain it to you? He has “a way with words” :D |
There is 110p out of the way. Next big resistance still at 120p... |
true, Tulips are still worth something today :-) :-) |
anyone with a view on whether the govt are gonna persist with killing off investment in North Sea oil and gas? |
Put 1-5% of your assets in crypto, then forget about it. BTC could easily go to a million or to zero. You want enough in to make a difference if it multibags but not enough to hurt if it crashes. But don't sit on the sidelines and say it's worth nothing. It's been the biggest wealth creator of our lifetime. Just because we've missed out doesn't mean it's rubbish. |
I actually worry for you all regarding BTC.
I have GOLD too but no BTC seems a bit weird to me when even BLackRock have taken a huge position.
But then again I have heard the word too. So I will fly got to get rid of some lice soon.

it's always tricky,, had you sold all your tulips the day before the crash :-) :-)
And in early 1637, tulip bulbs were reaching some truly extraordinary prices. Then, very suddenly, it was over. In February that year, bulb wholesalers gathered in Haarlem, a day's walk west of Amsterdam, to find that nobody wished to buy. Within a few days, Dutch tulip prices had fallen tenfold. |
you're most welcome cmb :-) |
