That is great news about your daughter cmb :) |
![](https://images.advfn.com/static/default-user.png) Good morning all.
Wan' I don't get angry these days. I wish good will to all mankind.
First of all thank you all for your support and sympathy regarding my daughter.
Wan' of course this is an open thread and we discuss everything on here. I am greatfull for that. I agree that AAZ should be looked at very thoroughly. I will feel the local politics by talking to the locals. Hopefully I will spend a couple of weeks there.
Wan' before I go to Azerbaijan I will of course ask for a list of questions that guys from this thread may want me to ask of Bill. I also plan to visit Georgia and then back to Turkey and forward to North Cyprus. Since both of us are heavily into AAZ it is of course in our benefit to do our research to the best of our ability. Good or bad should be discussed.
It is just that you mentioned the Gap and were quite sure it would close !! As you know that there are two kinds of Gaps on any chart. Breakaway Gaps don't get filled. I don't base my investments on charts alone. Charting is another tool in our investments. Anyway there you have my case. Oh' your post does not upset me at all. We are here to debate our investments honestly. Sometimes it is difficult to express yourself properly in written words. Don't forget English is my 6th language.LOL. ATB and GLA. |
Biggest threat to ASX right now is war. French are determined to start one by the looks of it. I suspect it's to in some way to get Russia involved. |
$201 for me please JB2 |
I'll do my best on the FUD opinions cmb,,, but,, this is an open thread and I for one want to hear both sides of the argument, to understand the weaknesses as well as the strengths,,, the opportunities as well as the threats and so on,,, SWOT has always played a role in my analysis of any situation... :-) :-)
the difficult bit is weighing up the risk of each,,, for example, you were right, I was wrong, AZERGOV & AZERPres did not take back the mines from AAZ,,,, but, I still maintain there's a threat there and a risk,,, BUT, I concede, that risk is small and even smaller in my mind now as we have the backing of them once again :-) :-)
I'm sure when you visit, you'll have both a critical eye as well as a supportive mindset, tis human nature to ask questions to reinforce ones view of the situation, gain more knowledge and so on :-) :-)
Hope this post doesn't upset you,,, it's not mean't to...
Cheers Wan :-) |
That’s great news cmb. Fingers crossed all goes well |
that's great news cmb :-) :-) :-)

Cheers Wan :-) |
Good morning all, Cheers Wan :-) |
:D I look forward to it, but I’ll be even happier if it’s IamBV who wins (257m!) I mean if he wins, I’ll be buying more than a pint :) |
Oh' that is excellent news to me. Thank you for your post CB53. You are a good man. |
@2cmb That is excellent news about your daughter. Naturally, I have no idea what her condition is but I am guessing a blood cancer? If it's any comfort to you, In 2013 I went from a manageable Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia to the much more serious Acute Myeloid Leukaemia with prognosis of 3 months to live. I had a bone marrow/stem cell transplant. Nearly 11 years on my bloods are still good and I'm alive, as you can see! 😊🙏 My best wishes to your daughter for a good recovery and same outcome!🙏28077;
Apologies for my O/T reply. If I may, since we are on the subject, A stem cell transplant saved my life nearly 11 years ago ~ You can register as a potential donor ~ Be a hero, register and save a life! 🙏💕 |
Guys' as I have posted before. I will be going to Azerbaijan in late April/Early May. I would like to visit as much of our sites that would be possible. I am an old geezer now. Health permitting of course.
I had excellent news this week regarding my daughter's illness. She will have Stem Cells transplant in February. All being well I will become a free bird again. Apologies in advance re the O/T. ATB. |
Wan' sleep well. I don't want to read any more FUD openions in your posts !! Enjoy the future coming journey from AAZ . You know what I am saying. ATB. |
You are going to end up buying a pint to me.JB. LOL.😜㈳7;😂🤣. It will be the best pint someone ever bought me !!! |
It is still ery much a guessing game based on when Gilar ore starts to be processed & how quickly we can optimise the plant with much of blended ore being biased to Gilar ore + when we might be able to switch on Demirli. I believe we will experience strong precious metals prices for next two years or so & there are the glimmerings of a pick-up in China which should help underpin Copper |

Flip! Gotta be a $200m+ yr eh? |
Purely for interest, I took all the last completed 15 years of AAZ Production for the three metals and averaged those values then used current metals prices to determine what is monetary annual average of AAZ Production to date.
Au: 54,193oz * $2,703 = $146.494m Ag: 110,805oz * $30.4 = $3.368m Cu: 1,454t * $9,082 = $13.208m
Total: $163m / Year |

Have been doing some more reading on it and it seems to have morphed from the story 5 years ago where it was mainly selling kidney stone checking imaging software ?!
Now it is a biotech story with Phase I / II trials of gallium maltolate in brain cancer

Thanks for the posts on the housing market things to ponder. From my viewpoint I see the government wanting to build many more homes, same as the last one there mind you, but also there is talk of loosening mortgage rules on how much you can borrow. I get the feeling this government are putting more effort into starting to inflate the property market as a way to get more cash than the last bunch it also gives the populace that own houses a feel good factor if thier property increases in value which might help come election time. Early days yet but the builders are at very low points but seem to be picking up a bit in anticipation of something. |
Matt I agree absolutely with you.
Just a reminder to everyone invested here as to what we have. |
exactly the point I was subtly trying to make 2cmb .... AAZ is in the right metals, at the right time & will be experiencing a strong growth phase between now and 2027. |
