At current gold prices AAZ are kicking out $3.1m in profit each month. Servicing that debt will not be a problem.

6000oz x (§1200 - $600) x 0.87 = $3.1m

Yes and it's Azerbaijan but goodness me you don't get anything for £10m nowadays. How many years lifespan has the main asset got ? Heavily geared to the price of gold too, every $ counts. Was hoping for a bit of temporary selling here to add a few more.

you say the valuation is ridiculous but don't they have a substantial amount of debt which is why the market cap is where it is...

Managed to pick up another 16155 at 6.75p. The valuation here is rediculous. The company would still be undervalued even if the price was to double or treble. Hard to believe this isn't flying. Yet.

I agree catsick. It was worth 20p when gold was at $1,100 ... now gold at more than 10% higher.
AAZ's cost base is largely fixed in nature .. in fact it went down once again with the last Manat devaluation.
So revs up, costs down and a leveraged business model.
all the way up to 10p is still buying £1 coins for less than 50p as far as I am concerned.

I think we are just about at the point where the overhang is exhausted from now on all the selling will be opportunistic i can buy it back cheaper selling but the reality is these are worth more than 20 p
