TXP - GAP's, nope, no more to fill on the downside ODR :-) Cheers Wan :-)

TXP is a LTH for me ODR, so I don't mind what the share price does ST,,, if it tanked because of wider market sentiment I'd buy more :-)

Anyone else having problems submitting AGM questions on the AAZ company website?
Mine keeps getting verification expired error and timing out.

FDBK just put a lid on their share price short term, latest spike reversed yet again. Good share for trading little batches. Should have said this one due to yet another placing in the market.

ALTN - RNS - At present none of the employees has tested positive for COVID-19, due to the precautions and protective measures taken during the quarantine period. The Company is also pleased to report that here have been no reported incidents / occurrences of accidents in the current year maintaining the Company's good safety record.

Cheers
Wan :-)

TXP - RNS - Based on the data obtained during both tests, the Cascadura-1ST1 reservoir appears to be unbounded within the area of investigation, confirming a larger pool than originally anticipated.

The low sandface drawdown, high reservoir pressure, and rapid recovery suggest a sizeable reservoir with excellent production potential. With minimal drawdown observed while flowing and with no boundaries seen in the analysis, the pressure data confirms that the Cascadura pool is larger than the area of investigation observed during the tests.

Final downhole flowing pressure at the end of the 24-hour flow test was 4,550 psi, indicating a final sandface drawdown of 4%.

We are now working with GLJ to complete an independent reserves evaluation for the Cascadura feature, which we expect in July.

Analysis of the data supports an initial gross production rate of 40 to 50 MMcf/d with an estimated 1,100 to 1,400 bbls/d of condensate (net production rate of approximately 6,200 to 7,760 boe/d).

The team remains on course to begin drilling at our next prospect, Chinook, in July...... :-) :-)

Think this looks ok KS :-)

EML - update RNS,,, just keeping us updated really :-) Cheers Wan :-)

Emmerson Plc, the Moroccan focused potash development company, is pleased to provide an update on the various workstreams underway following the release of the Feasibility Study ("FS") for the Company's 100% owned Khemisset Potash Project located in northern Morocco ("Khemisset" or "the Project").

The FS, which confirmed a post-tax NPV(8) of US$1.4bn and robust financials including over US$300m p.a. in EBITDA, provides the catalyst for engagement with various potential financing groups to commence detailed due diligence

We would like to thank our shareholders again for their support, and we look forward to the next phase of our development in partnership with you..

bla bla bla,,,, all good though :-)

Cheers
Wan :-)

This afternoon I sat down and I read the Hardman Broker Note again, this time over a glass of wine.

There are many positive things to contemplate but one thing we can be sure of, there is no discounted placing coming from raising funds !!

As well as keeping Shareholders informed a thought went through my head.....perhaps this is part of the messaging for the Government and sets a baseline price. This maybe helps form the basis and some of the metrics for possible Joint Ventures over Ordubad etc

All IMHO. Look forward to seeing what info is RNS'd in the next week up to the AGM.

Pogue - I have reduced several positions & sold a few. Currently holding 30% cash.

I think we're in for a long bear market, maybe 3 or 4 years top to bottom. Who really knows!?
Still good opportunities to make money we all hope.

I’m hearing the social housing sector is the most buoyant, one developer had funding pulled by their usual backer a few weeks ago, only the next day to have rival bidders for a 500 plot development. Plenty of housing associations big ones like Clarion and councils will have budgets to spend, it will be on external stuff painting or facades, roofs that sort of stuff. Councils around me also seem to be doing a lot of road and external infrastructure projects seem active in general, I think that’s where the construction sector will be most active.

Pogue, I have pruned back on investments, DDDD, TXP and various gold investments, the rest is cash.
Locally a big builder pre-cv19 days had acquired some land, got planning permission for, starting preparing site for building houses when cv19 hit. Has just put land up for sell. Some local shops have also cleared out their stock and shops are empty. Not looking good.

I filtered the DD person early on, I'm not sure if it's tragic attention seeking or just a hired basher, I don't care.

I'm all for different views, but they have to be based on verifiable facts, and credible argument based upon those facts.

If this avatar knows of any other investment with such solid foundations, and cash generation, and good dividends at such a low price, then let him announce it. I can't find another with such qualities in the current very dangerous environment.

Curse you all.
Asking tricky questions beyond his grade (and the grade of his many I.D.s). Why can’t you all just do what you’re told?
