Went for a bike ride this afternoon and came across a traffic jam in my local town centre, haven't seen one of those for a while! Sold some HGM this morning and bought some more FDEV with the proceeds. Decided I'm over weight in gold, and FDEV put out a positive trading update this morning. Decided to stay approximately 25% cash, and if there is anything I want to buy then I'll have to sell something as well.

Well I’ve buckled again and out of MARS in a day too, pretty content with my trades SHI was a small do nothing trade at fractional loss, will leave added AA. batch to accumulate more whilst I await an upturn and now going for a long walk.

Market is bonkers at the moment. Nobody wanted AML a week or so ago now it's doubled, well upset today with KAPE, somebody wants out and dragged it down from 213 to 170 in last week. Pretty much all the hyped C19 stocks in reverse gear, pi's all just chasing a few beaten up stocks. We are all becoming traders!

Edit: Bought SDRY for a turn this morning at 186 as if to illustrate my point. Hate their stuff.

Pogue at the risk of sparking Bumpa, I jumped onto SHI, MARS and AML almost at the off, as I sensed a strong start, added more to AA. too. SHI I dumped as they went below my buy, MARS I’m dithering with the profit, AML I cashed out at lunch. AA. I’ve a strong sense it’s well overdue a rise, my fear is the U.S suddenly tanks pulling all and sundry down.

I’m not so good at these quick trades but today thanks to AML I’m up a fair wedge, probably ditch MARS in a minute for a lesser gain. This quick trading lark taxes my brain too much, when I prefer to take a more laid back and leave approach.

Edit:fwiw can still trade big volume on AA. with relative ease.

seems to me that the whole world has suddenly shifted into 'back to work' mode, full steam ahead,,, so, to me it's a question of 'will there be a second peak' coming down the pipe,,, unfortunately, I think there will be,,,, but, if there is, will it now be an 'every-man for himself' type situation with no further lock-downs enforced by governments as they accept defeat and economics now dictate they look to track & trace hot spots only and accept that herd immunity is the only real option so let the population get on with getting cv19 !!?? hmm, who knows..... its mad right now on the markets I really should be selling I feel but have not sold much to be honest. I can hear a voice in my head saying take profits now but I keep ignoring it.

Pogue maybe it’s all a bit bonkers right now, the BLM protestors will no doubt be complaining about a spike in BAME death rates, just saying not making a point on the debate as such. There feels a lot about to unravel in the world right now.

Meantime, I’m just trying to keep rational and trade what I sense.

I think the CV19 bingo stocks are down as everyone is beginning to think this is all over. I notice MARS jumped up on the same premis today. Now we have to wait and see if CV19 has disappeared or just waiting for everyone to go out again. I wonder what will happen? Judging by the beach and protesting scenes over the last week I suggest the second wave wont be long in coming.

thanx Bumpa/Rb,,, I know most say the GAP filled,,, I don't think so, if you use offer candlesticks then maybe,,, but mid-price or bid sticks,,, certainly not,,, so 40p could still be on the cards,,, I will add down there :-) GLA Holders, Cheers Wan :-)

Would agree there Rb - looks like a bit of rotation out of cv-19 into prior bombed out stocks due to cv-19
