Anglesey Freeport have been given the green light by the UK and Welsh governments.

Resource upgrade is not going to make earth shattering difference.....what's ultimately needed is agreement to get this thing into production.

Anglesey will issue 14,544,827 new ordinary shares. Following the issue Roslagen now holds approximately 4.9% of the issued share capital of the Company. As such, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 295,220,548 Ordinary Shares

I have defended for quite a while but we are getting to the point where there needs to be a pretty good explanation for shareholders over the resource update delay. I have spoken to the ceo a few times and i very much like him and think he is achieving much..however being acutely aware of the jam tomorrow and non delivery of his predecessor he certainly needs be alert that we should be moving away from allowing timelines to be serially over-run as that just means more of the same and therefore can't be surprised his efforts are not being noticed by the share-price. He needs to build a reputation for delivering on time. I do believe he has achieved much over his tenure over the two assets he is running and genuinely believes in the assets and the value...but with limited funding overrunning is not what shareholders really want just now.
