I too will not be able to go though would have liked to. Yeah the key questions are around development funding and how they envisage that being structured. On Parys whether the QME option is likely to be taken up once a feasibility is produced..and whether that could be seen as an equity basis for debt funding or further farm out..one can reverse engineer the value placed on Parys in that agreement i guess. They get X percentage interest for Y capital spend."In addition, Anglesey will grant to QME the right and option, upon completion of a pre-feasibility study, to undertake the mine development component of the Parys Mountain project, to the point of commencement of production, in consideration of which QME would earn a 30% undivided joint venture interest in the Parys Mountain project."We know X what is Y?Question would be , what do they see the mine development component referred to above against the the overall pre-production capital expenditure of $99 million indicated in the PEA.Ie is 30% of the capex of $99m covered in this agreement ..therefore valuing Parys at ? We would still hold 70% operating interest and the value would be significantly above market cap I guess. On Grangesberg the consolidation move gives us not only management control but majority equity control. The scale of the value is enormous and the asset is extremely well set for current geopolitical situation. But the scale of the capex is also enormous. How does the company proposed furthering this project without further recourse to shareholders..is a jv or sale the most likely way for shareholders to benefit from the recent interest in Swedish steel?

I live too far from London, otherwise I'd be signing up too. If I had one question to ask Jo, it would be "What level of priority are you placing on finding a JV partner, as opposed to trying to go it alone?"

I've signed up for the Proactive event. Jo will have some questions to answer if he's not published those results beforehand! Come to think of it, unless there's a good reason for the delay (like associated funding) he'll have questions to answer anyway.

I agree in principle grimreaper, but what makes the share price tick boxes is the fact that knowledgeable shareholders guage the performance of the company on the Boards dynamics.
A dynamic Boeard produces dynamic posts.
I personally feel that this Board is poor and has been around for many years and has become stale.
It is time really for all board members to reappraise their positions and act accordingly to benefit the company.
If a Board member does not hold shares in the company, then that facy itself creates a huge negative for shareholders.
They need to resign.

It has been suggested that posts on bulletin boards have no effect on the respective share price, this is simply not true in the small cap world.

Most small caps are followed by retail investors, these investors often gauge sentiment on the boards, if the consensus is bullish the buy button usually gets pressed, if negativity is apparent then usually the said prospective investor passes by.

Illiquid small caps are often targeted to the short side because its easy to get a price to drop (note the FIVE bashing articles by the scummy blog run by a failed investment manager) this bashing is produced for a reason.

Often when the process has run its course the share price will have a stratospheric rise that will catch everyone out, there are many examples (take a look at NCCL)

AYM is a potential candidate for such a rise, all the ingredients are there.

Goldenthread, I have been saying this for 18 months.
This company CAN succeed, but only with a complete change of management.
This includes Kearney and the other old boys who are just milking shareholders, and have done so for years.
Such a shame that the power lies with Juno and not with the other 70% of shareholders.
SP now in the 1.8p area.
I dread this falling even lower.
Trader, this is not a money pit, it is a cess pit that really stinks.

I have to say I am becoming increasingly unimpressed by the relatively new CEO, what concerns me is his lethargic approach to the exceptionally poor market valuation of the company, let alone his attitude towards long suffering shareholders - it's as though he is not responsible at all for the poor performance.

This company is hopelessly undercapitalised given the size of it's projects, you will never hear this aspect addressed in puff piece media interviews or ever mentioned by the company itself.

What is required is either a disposal of one project to fund the other or meaningful JV partners brought in to move the company forward. If either happened then the share price would rocket.

After such a lengthy downward trend in SP, I worry that even when good assay results come through, the backlog of shareholders waiting for a chance to exit at the sign of even a slight share price blip upwards could keep the share price depressed for some time. Of course, any announcement of a JV would be a game-changer but no sign on the cards at the moment. Kooba, the zip-wire plan 'B' is starting to look more and more attractive now. :o(

Insufferable bore when a bull but even more so when a born again bear..nice one real skills.Take care now and good luck with your next investment..don't forget have a small look under the hood before investing rather than being surprised once you have bought in next time.Think you are exiting at completely the wrong time myself having done the homework..but time will tell and patting yourself on the back having crystallised a loss right now might be somewhat premature.
