31/1/2023 10:03 | Kooba. Ref post 4817. I invest also in Phoenix (PXC). They are run by a slick well oiled management team. People who can get things moving quickly. They will be in production next year so are definately more advanced than AYM. They have only been in existance for 10 years and to get this close to production really tells us something about their BoD. AYM was founded in 1984, and is now 37 years old. Almost every year there is a share dilution at Aym. Total shares in existance at Aym is roughly 280m and climbing. PXC only has about 160m It doesn`t matter what is in the ground, it matters how the BoD is performing. PXC is perceived as being excellent. AYM is perceived as being poor. The board need to stand down IMO and allow some fresh, energetic people run the company. I dread the share price falling below 2p, which it is very close to at the moment | klondykejohn
31/1/2023 06:52 | A lot of media interest in scotgold..good for them. Talking of the big premium for Scottish gold .. good share price move too.Extraction from Scotland's only gold mine ramped up https://www.bbc.co.u | kooba
30/1/2023 16:55 | Didn't know that ! One day one of the richest men in the USA post crash but the nature of a gambler took great risks to get there...and went bust 3 times along the way..got to be some highs and a lot of lows along the way ! Think i will keep it sensible! | kooba
30/1/2023 16:37 | ps: His son and grandson both topped themselves too. I leave margin trading well alone now. haha ! | j5thumbs
30/1/2023 16:32 | Kooba, that's my logic too. I'm a day trader and range trader by nature, and Anglesey do seem to have been trading in a range for the past year or so, so I'll be very happy to tuck a few more away at sub 2p. | j5thumbs
30/1/2023 14:25 | Jesse Livermore was not in a great place in the end!Having gone bankrupt 3 times he topped himself having no assets...but hey he had a blast !Averaging is not often the best policy to be fair because it normally demonstrates that the company is not performing as anticipated. With mining companies even pre production ones commodity prices are often more important than the individual position of the business..so in the case of the Anglesey's of this world when there is a disparity between the potential product price and the share price perhaps averaging can be excused !! | kooba
30/1/2023 13:55 | Should pop on back of resource upgrade, company with a copper project previously mined and iron ore project again historical mine in Sweden looks undervalued here expect to positive SP | mininginvestor
30/1/2023 08:26 | Resource update mentioned by Jo B in a recent interview and I believe he suggested by the end of January. Tomorrow then, or at least sometime this week. Gla | bodgit
30/1/2023 07:15 | Resource update due anytime soon.. | calmtrader
27/1/2023 18:47 | Nice to see the spread on AYM tightening a little - went as low as 2.5% earler today, and ended on 5%. I'll be adding some more if the price breaches 1.8p next week which it could well do. I know Jesse Livermore always said never buy on the way down just to lower your average cost, but what the heck ... | j5thumbs
27/1/2023 11:23 | Stock is well bid now so hopefully bounce from here | calmtrader
27/1/2023 10:56 | Really not sure how they bridge valuation gap (because they won't be dual listing) except getting Parys back into production then market will have to wake up easier said than done... | sos100
27/1/2023 10:26 | Phoenix have talked about how they may get funding at a more advanced level but nothing binding. The different valuation of pre development assets is something Jo has mentioned ..the company are valued at a fraction of peer groups globally..i believe largely down to the lack of past progress and a jam tomorrow reputation the company has gained. The fact we are brownfield , have mining permits in place , have strong existing infrastructure and support of the local community means we are in a better position than many pre development projects..that doesn't mean the market are factoring that in for now. | kooba
27/1/2023 10:15 | pxc will get there finace sort in very soon If we were at the same stage then i really can't see how the market can value this £5.5m | sos100
27/1/2023 10:12 | Just bought 25k | calmtrader
27/1/2023 09:46 | PXC is at a different stage. 11p target are fantasy | sos100
27/1/2023 09:42 | Target 11.2p | calmtrader
27/1/2023 09:41 | This kind of behaviour almost looks like someone getting closed out of an account. | kooba
27/1/2023 09:40 | Well that doesn't seemed to have helped suddenly another aggressive seller...in the meantime other pre production copper plays like Pheonix are off to the races.Any idea of headline comment or target on the research?Very annoying that legacy holders from placings ( in my view) keep popping up ..doesn't spook me on this counter at all but all the same doesn't help the p&l! | kooba
26/1/2023 11:40 | WH Ireland put out an update yesterday. Very bullish | calmtrader
25/1/2023 08:36 | There are no revenues … of course there will be placing .. after placing .. after placing .. huge amount of capital needed to be mining so they desperately need to do a JV or sell something off as confidence is low with this. | kennyp52
25/1/2023 08:06 | With sentiment the way it is certainly looks like we're heading sub 2p - I'm not even sure a really strong resource upgrade will be able to stop the share price - given supply chain issues, commodities scarcity you'd think this would look attractive... | pistolpete100
25/1/2023 08:01 | Yes I agree kooba - if I'm reading it right placing at 2.16p which is a massive discount - it is a concern | pistolpete100
25/1/2023 08:00 | BEM have all sorts of issues. AYM have 3 x projects all brownfield and with much better economics as you point out kooba. It would be disappointing if AYM had to follow a similar path. I am hopeful of better deals. | wassapper
25/1/2023 07:17 | Beowulf big fundraise at significant discount...it does rather put you off holding equity in small miners! There is just not the institutional funds investing in the sector to make listed equity that viable. Will be keeping an eye on it going forward. | kooba |
