12/1/2023 08:27 | I would imagine we will get some media today from the company, if I recall correctly Jo, the CEO, said increasing the stake in Grängesberg would give the company more options, there is significant value in both of AYM's projects it just needs a catalyst, a material JV partner would suffice. | mininglamp
12/1/2023 08:16 | Totally un investable !!!! Placing .... when ?? | amaretto1
12/1/2023 08:15 | All jam tommorow !!!Earning nothing ... but spending Recipe for another placing | amaretto1
12/1/2023 08:08 | Over thebpast 12 months we've had nothing but excellent news after excellent news non stop. Yet share price is in the gutters | spacedust
12/1/2023 08:07 | What about the most important factor. The share price???? | spacedust
12/1/2023 07:52 | This is a very good deal for Anglesey, the cost is well within the company's ability and the shares being issued to the vendors (at 3p - a premium) are likely to be held onto, in any-case cannot be sold for at least 12 months as they will be held in escrow. As the CEO said during a recent interview by increasing AYM's stake in the project will open up new doors for a JV or other corporate action. Well done, the shares look cheap. | mininglamp
12/1/2023 07:50 | These are legacy issues which are over complicated and lead to connected party conflicts in some cases..I'm pretty sure Jo is trying to tidy things up ..but it took a few decades creating a messy structure so may take a few years to clean it up.Parys of course is 100% owned and with the price of copper now again on the up ..funding options become more flexible and available I'm sure. | kooba
12/1/2023 07:46 | Do not disagree that the company now might be on the radar of major Swedish interests as it gives a clear line to owning a major strategic asset. I reckon though they would find Anglesey a willing seller at the right price so would not need to take it over ..but there is always that threat if terms could not be reached. | kooba
12/1/2023 07:45 | I remain quite hopeful and have seen this as the possible jewel in the crown for AYM. Tbh, I do find the analysis of who owns what, lends how much, on what terms, where liabilities lie etc. a little complicated. That said, I trust Anglesey to have crunched the numbers and and come up with the best possible deal at the time. Where the shares go today is anyone's guess given Mr Market can be quite fickle! 12/1/2023 07:25 | We should see a nice pop in the share price today, other small cap miners have already bottomed and started turn upwards over the last couple of months, we still have a resource upgrade to come as well | trader465
12/1/2023 07:22 | The risk (depends on your exit point) is AYM are now prime for a takeover. A company with 2 locations in mainland Europe with proven resource. You could buy AYM, push Grängesberg into production and sell of Parys land for more than the current market cap. | danmart2
12/1/2023 07:16 | Absolutely | calmtrader
12/1/2023 07:14 | Interesting..consoli | kooba
12/1/2023 07:13 | On superficial readi mg this looks like a good deal for us - and it's good to see progress here - also explains the share activity over the last number of days! - hopefully this is seen positively by the market | pistolpete100
12/1/2023 07:12 | The Grängesberg button has been pressed A decent RNS on first glance but I need to work out the full implications of the deal, I will read it again and do the maths | danmart2
12/1/2023 07:11 | Wow brilliant news this really is a fantastic asset and hopefully people will wake up to what we have here..let the re-rate begin!! | calmtrader
11/1/2023 18:47 | You are correct about JK as he bought shares last year. I think he felt guilty about some comments that were being made on this site about the lack of director ownership of shares. Juno is a shareholder in its own right.but Varma himself does not own any shares, nor do the other directors. | klondykejohn
11/1/2023 15:30 | The directors did not own any shares apart from Joe. Shows their faith in this company as a going concern. | klondykejohn |
