Doing the work with Thermo and Illumnia is a smart move as they are the big two, also sets it up nicely for a competitive bidding war if either one were to make an offer for the compay.

ditto (bidding war) for the other oncology pharmas listed on RHS of slide 15

Good insurance against an opportunististic low offer for the company being successful, which is an obvious risk with the current depressed market cap

Speaking with AN afterwards, he was visibly excited by the new opportunities that could open up from the recent work to look DNA sequencing of CTCs and ctDNA with Illumina

Overlapping roundels figure (third segment) on slide 14 opens the door for drugs listed on slide 15 (RHS of slide) to get utilised in patients (where without this test they wouldnt) as cancer progresses, many of the drugs are multi Billion $ products already, so this test would potentially be very attractive for the manufacturers of these drugs

Work conducted with Illumina, now being repeated with Thermo-fisher - expect an announcement on that in due course

I asked a few questions on future funding requirements last night both during the Q&As and afterwards.

During the Q&As I prefaced my first question (directed at Ian) reminding him that when I had last spoken to him around 15m ago after the last placing, I had asked him what the future funding requirements would be to reach cash break even and he replied at the time it would be around £30m. I asked him what would it be now, had that number increased, decreased or was it now zero? He replied that (since we last spoke) they had cut back on costs and projected revenue opportunities had increased (in particular sample testing, where they can now generate revenue of up to $5K/sample) and they have stated recently that they have a cash runway until at least Q2 2025. They would not now necessarily require cash to reach cash break even, but it is difficult to predict with any certainty. When asked what was the total amount raised from investors throughout the life time of the company he replied £130m (compared to a current market cap of around £50m)

Anything Nobbygnome is involved in is a complete disaster, one look at MIN will tell you all, shameful ramping since 87p and now @ 0.45 he’s formed a secret Guild so investors can only say nice things, since then the share price has tanked again and again today, he’s the kiss of death for many AIM stocks🤡412;🤦ㇿ5;‍♀A039;🆘

Perfect timing for the Police forensics team to start their investigation of Newlands barbecued remains in the car park at the back of that Mayfair Hotel.

Anyone called "5oleTrader" can't possibly be a 'Day Trader'..I mean in that latest outburst of his there is no mention of 'Day Traders' being the real source of share price volatility apart from RNS news updates!

I'm off to get a pay rise obviously I don't get enough from my current paper round!

Well if would be of any of us had had a chance to see the bloody thing (presentation)…;. Which he clearly hasn’t. All I can discern is that it was NOT suggested that a fundraise was imminent and lots of deals were in negotiation!

RE: Day Traders Getting Desperate

Sometimes you just need to use common sense if there are few facts to hang your hat on!

If those in the know, Directors arn't buying, and those that should be in the know, instutional investor's are also not buying especially existing ones, then why on earth are you buying?

Day Traders Getting Desperate

I did advice that the share price would retrace back to where it started based on the following.

No financials on expected revenues, profits and timelines provided!

No cash run way provided and out to when!

No details on expected contract wins and likely dates!

No confirmation of the test results meeting the FDA minimum requirements for Parsortix roll out.

No Director Buys and

Virtually No Instutional Investor Buys apart from a paltry 1% from an existing stakeholder.

Ergo the Investor Presentation was more carefully drafted 'Smoke and Mirrors' and basically all 'Hype' and very 'Vague' and didn't address investor's concerns and issues!

Think about it jump forward six months to a year from now is there anything in that Investor Presentation from yesterday that you could hold the Directors to account, nano, zilch, nothing!
