Me thinks the wind is blowing hard from the Directors butt cracks and they know how the PI loves Butt wind. After all, 8 years of pure loss and butt guff from the Team at ABH and still the PI comes back for more paper. .....Parrrrppp......go the butts and .....yes please goes the PI, o what's not to like.

Where is the announcement that the directors are forgoing some or all of their salaries, where is the sense of responsibility and where is the announcement of a plan to improve the dire situation that they have led this company into?

MMH will be giving cash in a placing in return for getting assets in the JV

Cramlington remains the key ABH site where new contracts will be coming in

With overall expenses reduced (by shifting MMH work out to the JV), the remaining ABH business stands a greater chance of becoming profitable

odds on they will propose a CVA at general meeting. it's the only hope when a company is trading while insolvent, which is illegal of course and could leave the directors becoming personally liable for the company's assets. i fancy the BoD will be keen to shift any liabilities onto a Company voluntary arrangement asap.

And remember the company is at present technically insolvent. Smith has stopped talking of discussions regards contracts and instead has begun on the epitaph and final chapter in this sorry affair. Talk of discussing ways to bolster assets/ capital in the remaining part of the company,that is far from profitable, only means one thing IMO


Good luck , but I fancy luck has long deserted the bullish that stubbornly remain here, few of which remain by choice may I add.

Lol chick, The cost cutting is not through choice,after all when the coffers are full with placing monies the bod sure know how to blow it, no my dear the cost cutting is needed because there is no money to spend,no new promised contracts and now giving up the assets that the mug investors paid for.

If you think any bear worth his salt is going to get burnt just try doing some simple arithmetic and try and work out in percentage terms how much the share price needs to rise for those that sold many many months ( some years) ago in order for your somewhat fanciful scenario to come to fruition.
