There will be much grinding and gnashing of teeth
When the Angel lies down at the Russians feet
No brave heart to the rescue
No miracle can halt
The train crash that started some two years ago
By someone many think bald

Bald or with hair
No one can take blame
For this dog of a stock
That has gone quite lame
The blame lays its head
At the door of the BOD
That turned PIs over
Like a gardener turns sod

And sod all you have left
And sod all you deserve
Yes, you blinded bulls
That hung on to only bullish words

Words come cheap
And so now does Angel stock
Only bears have prospered here
And of course ..........................

But as this was their game and their plan all along, they have done very well to totally Screw over many a private investor. They knew they would never make money, just sell paper, spend the proceeds on Saleries and Expenses and Yachts and then when all was gone, raise some more, .......etc etc etc .....and then fold up the Company............Simples.

It was interesting to see that I was blocked for posting this on the Pegasus thread. Looks to me as if the shorters have hijacked the tread and are using it to push only negative news.If you don't see any more posts from me then they have controls of this tread also.I would like pole people out there for there reasoned opinion on what they think will happen with the company and share price. The reason is the situation and press releases from the company are not easy to understand unless you are conversant with merger and company operations. Please don't respond to this if you are just going to ramp or deramp the share.Let me start this off by saying there seems to be a lack of leadership at the moment with the departure of Dr Harper who had 30 years experiance in the business. the new Acting CEO is Stuart White a relative newcomer to the company. Having said that he must have impressed the board to be chosen, or nobody else wanted the job. A permanent CEO with the correct credentials will be a massive boost to the share price and direction the company takes, news of this can't be far off.The Board of directors is made up of Doctors and Accountants in my opinion not always a great mix and lack some depth and comercial experiance I hope the new CEO has a background fill some of the holes and has wider contacts in the major pharma industry. The formation of the joint company looks to be a way of progressing, reducing cost and losses, and the fall today was predicted by many including myself. I see a leveling of the price with the potential of a massive upside provided there are no untoward press releases. In my opinion the anouncmet of a permanant CEO (not Stuart Smith) will be key to the fate of the company.I will hold at the moment awaiting further news

First, they will no doubt ensure that they negotiate some kind of tremendous severance package for themselves. If they had any decency and genuine desire to help this company they would forego their salaries until the mess that they have created has been sorted out - now, that would be the first decent RNS for a while:

"3rd January 2013. The directors of ABH are pleased to announce that, in light of their failure to manage this company properly (from which many lessons have been learned) but also as a show of confidence in the future of the company, they will immediately forego their salaries until such time as the company becomes profitable again. They expect profitability to be reached within the next few months and no later than within 6 months.

The directors are also pleased to announce that they have agreed to invest their last 6 months' salaries to buy a total of 1 billion shares in the company thus explaining the recent improvement in the share price that was primarily brought about by the need to source these shares on the open market.

The directors would also like to wish all their shareholders a Happy New Year which they are confident will be far better for the company than last year and they hope that shareholders will forgive them for their past failures and allow them to show that they are actually capable of running a small company in Scotland properly and not just provide hype with no substance or even vague resemblance to the true picture.

All enquiries should be directed to Lorna Peers, Global Group Finance Director of the world's leading group of companies dedicated to GMP manufacturing and GMP-related products."

Somehow, I doubt that we will ever see any decency, integrity, empathy, accountability or willingness to invest their own money etc from this lot but we live in hope.

"The team at Angel will continue with their focus on long-term strategic discussions which will rebuild the capital of the rest of the business and we shall be explaining further our strategy to this end at the forthcoming General Meeting."

BoD speak for:

we are absolutely broke and are praying that our beloved shareholders will vote yes if we suggest a 'CVA agreement' that will totaly wipe them out of the game a cpl months later.
