Sviblov is no schmuck he will know at 300-400m he can get 20 odd years of many billion dollars of cash flow. Nickel is the new oil with China a few hundred miles away, tax breaks and infrastructure open.

Likely this will move very quickly. I expect once the ceasefire is on the table the deal here will be announced. This asset is nickel and copper for China. A 20 + year supply

Zelensky on NATO could well give the ground needed to create an end to this conflict.....When this finally ends, we remain sat on a pile of nickel awaiting a deal.

Sviblov is not on the updated sanctions list so I'd imagine the deal is being kept on ice until an appropriate point hopefully when this conflict abates. China need the nickel and would not be surprised to see Sviblov being the miner
