Lots of new names in this group chitter chattering ... I'm buying my trade on the drop off on no news In the morning. Plenty of trading opportunity here ... Fission you still here? I did say these come good? Still waiting when did you buy here? Did you come to have a look when I added these on the MAC board?

Why spend all that time with elongated messages when you don't hold!!! Seems like he/she is infatuated with AMC. Jeez!

Make it make sense :)

I'm super bullish ;) want it sold, at the highest price possible. End of story. Move on :)

He's been deramping for years...so many times he was wrong with his calculations and if pointed simply says sorry...lol...who do we believe, amc bod stating amc profitable at 6usd nickel or him stating amc not profitable at 10usd nickel lol:))))

Nodoe - yep agree with you, totally tries to deramp and confuse people for a long time now with his mumbo jumbo.

Maybe knowledgeable. But don't see any value in his posts.

They selling Kun Manie now, who gives a shxx about the strip ration etc!!! ;)

I'm hoping/thinking that we'll get 15-20p...but what do I know!
Rosylee, the subtle deramper says it's going to cost more to develop....but forgets to mention the price of nickel has gone up 3 fold!!!

Yes, assuming they will offer £100m OR MORE, the buyer would be delighted
to snap up all shares below 7.2p atleast.

Plenty of sellers with 100% return clearing at these levels from inpatient to new buyer.

Will move up swiftly soon!

This may pan out few more weeks, its a game of cat and mouse. They will slowly accumulate while traders sell.Considering it was taking them 2 weeks to buy 4m when illiquidity was low now its one trade they can do it.Hold your nerves people..

Very interesting week ahead.

Surely we will officially hear something this week.

Has the buyer upped the offer that the BOD are happy with.

Has the leak to The Times pushed another suitor to enter the mix, as they now know how much its going for, and will soon be sold!

RNS about a competing offer, and bidding war, all hell will break loose.

For the current buyer, he's a billionnaire, if he desperately wants to secure this asset, whats another £50-100m. Surely the £100m was just an opening bid.

How long have they already been negotiating? How many shares have they already bought? Who is leaking to the newspaper?

Plenty of questions, we will hear something soon.

All we know at current share price/and current offer, Kun Manie is undervalued!

Thoughts for next few weeks...As long as 26% of shares stay in firms hands of people who know their true value, the buyer will have to up the price if he wants the company. This who choose to sell will watch from the sidelines and cry.

If they got anywhere near 20p, they would have done fantastic. Just need one more buyer to attend this sale party!!

Bwana, great to hear from you. Are you still in Cyprus? Maybe we should settle for a 20p party, looks like the £1 party is unlikely. That said if Tom and RY can't get 20p something is wrong hej. This resource is at least that. Best luck

With all due respect, a complete non comparison to EUA.

EUA have multiple assets and most of them 1km away from the largest Nickel processing facility in the world owned by NN! Also most infrastructure like roads, electricity already in place.

If we had that, AMC would have sold for multiples many years ago.

Unfortunately this is the best AMC are going to get, £100m, at most £150m if a 2nd bidder enters the race. So basically 7p to 11p.

As a medium term holder, I am realistic. Some people talking about £500m to £1bln, sorry but people are dreaming and completely delusional, never going to happen!!!

BOD have decided the time is right to sell, and they have clearly said, a little sweetener on top of the existing £100m and they are ready to strike a deal!!

Hope to hear something this week. Unless we get a Sunday Times news leak tomorrow ;)

I agree with sentiment that the board should go for at least 1% of the reserve which equates to £300m and 21p. Otherwise don’t sell and wait for a better offer, we have waited 10+ years, we could wait for another year or two.

Look at the current MCAP of EUA and remember it has had a peak of 44p last year :

Highest i ever paid was around 11p which i sold for profit late 2011 i think. Let's hope we get more than one bidder. Next week should be exciting,

Bwana, I cannot understand your frustration as I never bought at the 16p level that you did, at least you’ll get some part of your investment back, I guess they’ll learn from the man that called this down from them high days !

London07.

You might be on the money with your post, because if they wanted to sell come what may, they would likely have already given irrevocable undertaking to the potential acquirer. They haven't which gives the opportunity for another bidder to step in, or indeed leverage to provide irrevocable undertakings at the right price, and that price doesn't appear to be the 100m as otherwise they'd already have given them.
