It's an interesting position we find ourselves in as PI. As we know from the two last AGM and the shareholder register, there is very likely a large holder who has not declared their stake thanks to BVI status. This holder has likely been involved in one if not both resolutions that have been over turned - Habib and more importantly the last share resolution. That said the AGMs have been made difficult to attend, so likely the large PI base has not voted. Should this offer be taken seriously it's subject to Aim rule 15 so a general meeting required. I doubt many long term holders would vote in favour, knowing the value of the asset. Would a newbie vote in favour of doubling money? Likely especially given the geopolitical noise. Rampers are out in force as predicted, It’s now a pure gamble here with bad news expected on the Russian Ukrainian front, can we ever trust the Russians, could be a total blockade if they invade the Ukrainian !

Friday FOMO - ABSOLUTE MINIMUM 7p Target - Deal RNS ANYTIME! Monday 7am!!

After negotiations or bidding war between 2 or more parties, final deal could be significantly higher!

After a few mm shenanigans, surely absolutely smashes 4p today. Lets wait and see.

I'm sure whoever bought 10 million shares at 4.05p the other day know exactly what they doing.

Tampers will be out in force early on to create a selling opportunity, expect these to dip heavily by afternoon as the so called long term holders cash in profits.

Monthly chart symmetry suggests that 20p is a reasonable bargain for someone buying AMC!

America's markets will cliff edge again this eve... if no news MM's will drop this on open ... tiny balls will be selling on the drop. However if news about the offer up to 7p everyone is happy.. plenty of trading to be had here ... it's not been this exciting since 2015 :)):)):)
