Straight talking and well researched posts are what is needed to save AMC right now.

Next news within 3 weeks is announcement of first placing of 2020.

It appears callmebwana is a fan of the AMC BoD's. Supports the lifestyle company of the BoD's all underwritten by the suffering LTH.

I must extend my thanks to duxy786 for drawing this excellent opportunity to my attention some months ago.

It has proved to be a very profitable short CFD investment for a second time now. It is a paid troll who you do exactly the opposite to its advice.

Will exit again and close CFD and take associated winnings at announcement of next AMC placing in late Jan 2020.

I had to sell part of my holding, yes I’ve taken a massive loss as bought in the hype days at 30p after Duxy posted £1 coins going for 30p, to be fair with Duxy he didn’t say when this would be, with many more millions of share to flood the market I had to sell just part of my holding as I fear we might never get above 2p again on the sell !
Please stop ramping guys, ppl are not far off the streets after losing their pension pay outs investing in Amc !!

WITHIN NEXT 19 TRADING DAYS NEXT AMC PLACING ANNOUNCEMENT

"Company has agreed not to make any further drawdowns under the convertible loan facility with Riverfort for a minimum period of three months...……"

NEXT PLACING THEREFORE NO LATER THAN END JAN 2020



£1.2mln before expenses = £1.05mln after expenses.

£625k goes to pay off the Riverfort loan leaves them with less than £400k in Nov 2019.

Late AUGUST - Amur Minerals Raises Over GBP150,000 As Non-Executive Takes Shares. This £150k has lasted barely 2 months which means the £400k AMC have just got will last them maybe until the beginning of February next year, if they are lucky.

Another 87 million plus shares to add to already sizeable dilution pool.

They are going to need finance either late January, early February. Let's just wait and see if it's good or bad but history tells me it might mean severe dilution.

As I have most filtered the focus should be the dire performance of the company and the rich seam of evidence that supports the FACT it will be a long cold spring, summer, autumn and winter for the next 10 years before any profit.

I'm afraid AMC assets will be bought quickly after its collapse.

In the meantime massive dilution for the shareholder.
