I agree with you Brasso but I feel that the amount raised is small for what has been given away.
The feeling of frustration gets to me.
The reason being that if you are not a good sales man,people will take advantage. RY and our BOD are not good salesmen IMHO.
This world is worried about Nickel supply,so if you have the right stuff you nagotiate a better price for what you have. Far too many promises and little delivery.
There has been many false downs by this Co. RY says one thing and does another.

Nodoe,yes wine,whisky and extras. LOL.
That is my life. Then again there comes a question of honour too. I don't trust people that have no honour.
I think RY lackes that. What I say now is the truth I feel for a lot of other investors that have awaited for results.
They have been stated and missed.
PFS,2018!! Midea week !! 2018 drilling results !!Etc,etc.
AIMHO of course.
Back to the booze. LOL it helps me relax.

Companies with no money and no revenue are not really in a position to dictate terms of a placing. Rights issues are nice when they are offered but are expensive to organise and relatively slow to realise the funds. Most PIs do not take up their share of a rights issue to it normally requires some backing from a third party to take up the slack.

I wonder if the share price rose to day due to the admission of the 16.2mln shares at sub 2p issued to Cuart Investments (Riverfort) for their last conversion of Loan and Issue of Equity.

Hi Shabirm,

fact is that we don't know full results yet, they are significant, not my words but AMC CEO. I don't know about JV price, but Robin Young did say a few times we can progress further and without potential partner if needed. Russians will assist with low rate loan, no tax to pay for 10 years etc.If we progress further without a partner then once in production we may see a price well above £1, but this is a long term option, more likely we will have off take agreements and government will assist too.

Hi QQR and Giz, I am intrigued to know how you guys arrive to huge variations in JV or T/O price not that I dont want this share to hit a high price. Please note I have held the shares for over 10 years like Bwana and hold six figure shares. QQR your contribution on this board has been excellent and I normally read all your posts but I need to know what investors with knowledge believe the JV price that this share is realistically likely to achieve. Current estimates vary hugely between 15p to 50p and now 75p. Thanks.

Indeed Giz, They can shake a tree at 75p and I will give up...:) seen many leaves fall and many new grow but at 75p I will give up holding on this tree...:)))
