From today's amur website update...Project financing was also a topic of discussion. A shift away from broker lead placings toward battery Original End Product Manufacture ("OEM") supported financing is beginning to take shape. Battery manufacturers are concerned about the availability of sufficient quantities of cobalt, nickel and lithium to support the anticipated growth in EV demand. Some OEM's are extremely concerned and have begun direct discussion with mining companies. Especially Korean and Chinese based companies

No one is going to take away the License from AMC that is true. I agree fully there. The point here then is can AMC
develop the mine itself ??
I very much doubt it. AMC at the moment can't even raise finance fully for the TEO/ DFS.
To do a BFS ?? Another $10 Million odd would be required. Can you emagin the future amount of AMC shares then ??
I give up tonight.
Australian buy out of AMC?? FFS !! I have heard it all now !!

Guys i honestly think this could mirror what EUA have done recently but this could have even more added value because its has less shares in issue and a far lower market cap. When we find out who the mystery buyer is i have a feeling there will quite a buzz on this company and a clue to which of the plans RY has in mind.

I predict a very lively start and day here tomorrow.

Duxy, yes russian is welcoming foreign investments no doubt, I am talking about the resources that so large that they are classed as state importance. Nobody will ever take the licence from amc and I am not talking about the licence etc.Chinese wanted to buy 100% ownership of Malmyz but were not allowed, only 30% or so, can't remember now the numbers.I still believe a full takeover here will happen in a range of 15-25p...but if full take over then it will be Norilsk.

QQR, we were granted the 100% ownership licence based on the back of this law. The law was discussed by myself and other here extensively prior to the licence. This law is no longer relevent as the licence has been granted. I have an alert setup of the Russians discuss this law. They have once, a little while ago. The law was not changed and Russia is welcoming foreign finance.

Errm Guys, do you think it is going to be developed full 100% by a foreign Co?
The resource may have been discovered and 100% owed by AMC a foreign Co, but who gets to say the last say on their turf ?? Road finance and the likes, where are the funds coming for that?
Don't forget the Other Share Holders on AMC website. Who are they? I would suspect Abramovich and Co.
Who bought TB,s discovery ?? Australian Co??? Who bought all these shares today ?? LOL only.my views.
Time will ofcourse answer all this.
We wait and see.

There is a new Law with regards to state importance assets being sold to foreign companies, I believe they are now allowed but must meet certain conditions. Not 100% sure what conditions but if needed will be able to spend some time this week to find out more details.

The asset is already 100% in the hands of a foreign company, perhaps I have missed something in the conversation?

Do you really believe the Russin Gov. would let this massive Nickel Sulphide resource fall 100% into the hands a foreign Co??
I have no more to add, except that the Russinn Gov. Considers Nickel to be a strategic mineral.
Mr.Putin dictates what happens here not a rich Australian Co or rich investors.
Good luck with your investment though.
AIMHO of course.

Sorry Tad ,I did not read your post as I was posting

Sorry all, must have used invisible ink with my last post so I will post it again.

I know that nobody listens to a word i say and that's why i don't post very often.
But today i will have a little punt on who I think is interested in AMC.
Over a year ago i mentioned a company who had come on to the market who could be interested in AMC called Trident Resources and as always the response was zilch.
I bought shares in the company because i could see the potential as to what their aim was. Everything has been quiet until recently when board changes have brought in a
few "heavies". Read today's RNS and the ones previous.
It looks to me that they are ready to pounce on somebody and I am thinking it is
AMC. The people who finance this company are all wealthy Australians and i wonder
what are they doing here? Comments will be appreciated.

I'd say 9am were 2 sells 5.9m each and at 15pm was a buy 5m...may be wrong but looking at average price at the times it's looking to be a case...

Shabrim,
I have just read your post now. This share will be in double figures for sure in the future IMO, patience is required for the time being. This share can rocket up in no time at all.
DON'T FORGET IT IS THE LARGEST NICKEL SULPHIDE RESOURCE IN ASIA.
I will not do any calculations until the dust has settled down.
I remember, some time back, I did do some figures with 1 Billion shares in the market and the price came to around 30P minimum. It all depends on what and how RY deals in the future. Don't forget RY,s options are at above 24P. I think they expire in 2020.

On the other hand, ignore the LME Nickel Stock. You may ask why?
Well smart money has been buying Nickel and moving it to cheaper warehousing in the Netherlands rather then hold it in LME ware housing.NAI.
I have to go now as I have had a few and I intend to have a few more drinks .
Good evening all.

PatioActually looks like that is the end of Riverfort already, but for 600,000 shares (which could have been from previous tranche) those buys (probably sells) add up to Riverforts final conversion. So, actually, ever better news !!

Inaminute.
If the MM,s gap this up tomorrow AM, at times that creats a problem TA vias, gaps get filled at times, so share price falls back.
Wanobi loves the gaps at time in his charting,LOL. He is very good at it too.

A lot is going on at the moment,AMC is Virgin Islands registered so we may not get an RNS explaning who the buyer/buyers are. Diffrent rules !!
I think over 40 Million shares traded today, that is a big turnaround in shares traded.
We as PI,s know little as to what is going on in AMC at the moment, I bet TB and this II Investor know all about the 2018 drilling results then we the last in line PI,s do.
We will just have to wait and see what tomorrow brings.
No doubit in my mind that this II investor has had the bargain of the Century.
I hold quite a few shares here, my average is 4.6P. I could afford to bring my average down, many PI,s don't have the gun powder to do that. I feel for them.
We are invested in an AIM Co after all. Let us see if the future is bright, time always answers that.
O/T
I think great news at AAZ for us share holders there IMO. I wish you good luck there too.

elan1 it seems you were correct about big buys being delayed there are some huge ones published after close.Amazed they can get away with that sort of thing but it will put even more attention on this tomorrow.Quite frankly at £10m market cap this is far too cheap and obviously this new fund manager is taking advantage.

Think i will add a few more tomorrow first thing!

Hi Bawan, I have read most of the messages on this board today. If Norilisk has bought the10% for £1.2m then that's ok but if it is another investor then it stinks because private investors could have paid a lot more had amc provided opportunity in 2015/16 and share price would have been higher. tbh I have been extremely frustrated as amc has taken 11 years for me to get to it's current position and sitting on a huge loss although managed to reduce breakeven at11p Could I seek benefit of your wisdom/experience and ask in your view what would be share price with JV or takeover. Previous calculations have shown an share price in excess of 50p. Thanks
