I don't think there is a JV coming.I think they are going for a straight out sale and the small amount of 500k is believed to be enough to get there. I don't believe AMC have any desire to commit to any serious financing as that is for whomever buys us.Look at the decrease in nickel stocks and where it is going, at the current rate of decline they will almost be empty in 6 months. So Nickel stocks empty, AMC with the biggest undeveloped discovery in the world, the right nickel type for EV batteries on the border of China, this will go stratospheric I hope I can keep buying at this price for as long as possible, but think it's coming to an end.

QQR.. I have a small holding here so I'm not a deramper - I'm just more a realist than most and can see both sides of the story here.

All things considered,at 2.7p,its a fair punt as long as you hold back some ammo to average down through Riverfort's sales until the Big News arrives.

I agree with CT, No one should imvest based on BBs, BBs are Cess Pits full of desperados - befitting for the Wild West Aim market- where investors are almost certain to lose the vast majority of their stake.

Regarding the previous loan; The loan repayment agreement was for 12month,that agreement ended on the 13th March with £1.2Million still outstanding. Call it what you want but the original loan repayment agreement was not fulfilled on Amc's side.

Let's see if they announce a new deal/JV ect soon then as many of you seem to believe ?

Naturally AMC have never defaulted on a loan as they issue new shares instead, then bump up the share price by a penny so the likes of Reiverfort can make a good profit, then the share price comes back down again so further shares can be issued.

Schachmeister,At no point have AMC defaulted on a loan.The agreement with Riverfort has simply been renegotiated and to suggest otherwise is incredibly misleading / out and out lying.
