The 'revclerk' has clearly not understood my point on TO or JV...What's the point in a super major like Jinchuan doing a JV with amc when they can simply take the entire company out for around £30million and have the lot for themselves ?

What makes you laugh here is that Bhwana and others have said they only need £500k because a deals imminent and thats fine with the revclerk, even though this is also not fact ? But when I gave my logical opinion on the £500k, based on amc defaulting on the previous loan for £1.2million,my opinion, was not factual,exactly like Bhwana's, but he never got criticised like me, abd that's because he told the Muppets what they wanted to hear...lol

Amc is already sitting on the eighth largest source of nickel sulphide ore, and the 2018 update has not yet been released! Your earlier "belief" that Amur could only raise £500k because they defaulted on their previous loan is both unsupported by fact and bordering on libellous.

I have only ever filtered those posters who resort to personal attacks laced with profanities, but your schadenfreude is too much to stomach. Filtered.

I think AMC is a very good investment if you believe the EV story,also the Nickel stock levels at LME. We have a lot of Nickel Sulfide rather then Laterite. It is Nickel Sulphide that will be in big demand for the EV Batterie.I think AMC at this moment in time is a no brainer at the share price it is at.

No surprise about the continuation of Riverfort,as to be fair, they clearly have no other options but I don't believe that they only got a further £500k because that's all they need before a JV is signed, much more realistic is that because they defaulted on their previous loan by $1.2Million, they can now only have a further £500k, of course, the imminent JV story is much more appealing because that's what desperate shareholders,who are sitting on monumental losses,want to hear.

Baesd on his previous form, the unconvincing statement on providing a "more in depth perspective of the strategic partnering plan in the very near term" sounds like pure guff and very near term for Robin is 2/3years.


As for delivering further shareholder value,I think they made a mistake on the rns - just like they conveniently did with the loan repayments - because he has not delivered any shareholder value yet...maybe he meant 'further shareholder destruction' instead of 'further shareholder value', time will tell.

On the positive side, they can now exist for a little longer and hope that someone comes in for the kill.. but whether loyal shareholders actually see any profit on the TO is not at all clear as it depends how low Riverfort take it before the offer comes,we all know that Jinchuan pay the current sp, plus around a 50% premium as standard.

I see a TO far more likely than JV now because of the incessantly low not cp,why would a major,like Jinchuan, want Robin & his cronies milling around ? Much simpler to pay £30million and take the the company out,Jinchuan don't want or need a JV with a miniscule exploration company like Amur.

I would say amc are not yet ripe for the picking and Jinchuan or whoever,will let Robin & his 6 cohorts continue and I expect they will strike ,with their customary current sp, plus 50% premium, when they feel the company is ripe

Investors who can time this right,could bank a 50% profit but getting the timing right as the share price drifts lower on the Riverfort sales is no easy task.

I can understand your point of view, but how often in your lifetime have you come across a share that could change your life. Not often I would bet, so I would prefer to see it through to completion rather than hand the majority of the profit over to someone else and then have to look for another share that could do this, where I would have to make another judgement on the BOD after seeing the whites of their eyes. I have every confidence in RY.

There are worse boards but I take your point.The easy option is to filter, you soon realise who the disrupters are (I'm not talking about the posters with genuine questions or concerns, rather those who have no intention of listening to a response before they move on to their next tick list question).I think if you ignored this board then you might reduce your chance of receiving timely, useful information. It's a pain at times scrolling over the blanks but I've benefitted from this board, it's why (most) of us are here in the first place.

I agree the distasteful language seems to come more from the people with positive views on AMC. AAZ is the best BB on ADVFN and Matt does a fantastic job moderating and is fair to all. A stark contrast to this BB.
