I sold and advised shareholders to sell here at 7p as soon as The Riverfort Death Spiral was announced and this has proved to be sound & sensible advice now the sp's 2p.

Tell me 'why' there won't be another Death Spiral and 'why' it wont open a penny lower at 1.62p when they announce it ?

Check the facts and Tell me that Jinchuan don't pay a 50% premium plus current share price ?

Tell me how they can get to DFS/BFS when no one will invest ?

My points are realistic,relevant and backed up by the 95% fall in the shareprice over the last 4 years.

To be fair they have done well to have survived 2 Death Spirals, yes, it's cost shareholders almost their entire investment but, against the odds,amc still remain listed,albeit with the threat of a being a 'going concern' hanging over them as they prepare to enter into the 3rd and final Death Spiral, which starts at 2.62p.

You can wipe a penny off that at open when the 3rd Spiral is announced - so the last Spiral will start at 1.62p.

Then if we look back how Crede took the share price from 12p to 2p and Riverfort took it from 7p to 2p in half the time, then it doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to anticipate the likely outcome of the 3rd and final Death Spiral starting a 1.62p.

Of course, holders will tell themselves all the usual rubbizh,that a JV/TO, road funding are all imminent and that this last Death Spiral is little more than a 'short-term' bridging loan, just as they did with Crede & Riverfort for the last 3 years.

Serious project funding will not be seen until they have a DFS/BFS, the PFS was little more than a delaying tactic to drag the management's salaries out a few more years - hoping someone shows some genuine interest in the project but,as always, no one on the planet is interested.

The DFS/BFS is impossible for amc to fund due to the fact no one on the planet will invest in this project.

As sure as 1+1=2..This will be taken out for next to nothing, all the suitor has to do is wait until amc run out of cash and then pounce.Its really that simple.Naturally, the management will draw the process out as long as possible to receive as much income for as long as they can,which will result in wiping out the little remaining investment shareholders have,so when the buy out finally comes, the 50% premium (Jinchuan's standard pay out) plus current sp, will see a take out around 0.50p after they run out of cash on the 3rd and final Death Spiral.

Make No Mistake, this game is absolutely brutal and everyone here will (most already have) almost certainly lose the vast (95%/99.9%) majority of their investment.

This is David & Goliath on Steroids.

Far Better to simply buy a Lottery ticket as the odds of success are greater and you don't have to watch your investment depressingly fall year on year on year on year.....

Riverfort loan deal expired on 13th March with $1,600,000 outstanding.

Further finance required to pay the managements annual $1.500,000 salaries and $500,000 annual cost to remain listed.
