28/9/2018 07:12 | from todays rns The Company has had another highly successful field season to date and the completion of the data set for the reporting of Russian reserves is an important undertaking as it leads to the obtaining of a Russian certified reserve which in turn are used in the development of mine designs which also require Russian regulatory approvals. The significant increase in high grade mineralisation adds not just to the overall total resource but will also positively impact the mining schedule and therefore the NPV of the project. The final analysis of this new material will not be available for some time but will not impact the release of the Pre-Feasibility Study ("PFS") which is in a very late stage of completion. The Company believes that the 2018 field season represents the completion of mineral resource drilling and that we have sufficient minable resource at a grade and level of profitability over a 15 year plus life of mine to confidently present to potential long-term strategic partners and funding institutions. Although we are confident that further new mineralisation is still to be discovered any exploration drilling for this will most likely be a part of the early years of production. With this in mind it is envisaged that once the 2018 field season has been completed, the Company's focus will turn predominantly to corporate development. Work on setting the foundations for this change in focus has been on-going throughout the period to date. An important consequence of this is that it will greatly lessen, but not eliminate, the Company's requirement for further funding while we develop and work through the corporate development programme in 2018/19. | thelads1
28/9/2018 02:57 | Just a reminder...RY - time to show your cards!Source of information: Amurskaya PravdaThe address of the news: The Development Fund of the Far East signed an agreement with the British Amur Minerals on further intentions. The decision to finance the project of a mining company for the extraction of non-ferrous and precious metals in the Zeya district of the Amur Region will be taken. According to preliminary estimates, it is necessary to invest 60 billion rubles in mining project. The mining company Amur Minerals can receive financial support from the Development Fund of the Far East and the Baikal region. The agreement on intentions between the fund and the company was signed in early March 2016. It is about financing a project to develop a copper-nickel deposit in Kun-Magnier in the Zeya district of the Amur Region. The license for the extraction of copper, platinum, cobalt and other minerals belongs to CJSC "Kun-Magnier" (Russian subsidiary of Amur Minerals).Kun-Magnie | qui quaerit reperit

28/9/2018 00:18 | RE: PFS An outside firm is doing it, right? It is probably not SRK, since the relationship there seems to have soured. I wonder out loud if that contractor is dragging its feet. Of course, if that were happening, RY should say "our contractor promised it on x date and we will report as soon after that as practical". I do not recall that the company have said anything remotely like that, so are they missing some key input data at this stage? It does not seem like it would be so hard to run new mine models with the latest drilling results. Any other thoughts as to why this thing keeps getting delayed? | rogerhouston
27/9/2018 23:43 | Not the best example of people who are doing the best for their share holders at the moment Mad IMO. We the motley share holders come last in the know how. Have a good evening all. | callmebwana
27/9/2018 19:55 | As you say my friend, time will tell. Tbh nothing would surprise me with Robin and has merry money men. One thing is for sure, they are all doing lots better out of this than we currently are. Let's hope Robin and the BOD are honestly representing their shareholders. | madengland_
27/9/2018 18:12 | Mad ,because of the terms that Riverfort set out for AMC to achieve, PFC was one of the terms. Yes the PFC is not fully JORC compliant but RY could convince Riverfort with the drilling results that he has at hand. I am only guessing. Like I have said time will hopefully answer our questions. | callmebwana
27/9/2018 17:57 | I don't think the PFS is done CMB, but even if it was why would that be written into the deal I can't imagine. And surely any shareholder getting info before another is against the rules? | madengland_
27/9/2018 16:58 | Thinking about Riverfort finance deal with AMC, while I had my walk. What if, in the small print it says (If AMC gives Riverfort the copy of the PFS etc, then Riverfort can NOT deal in AMC shares until the news is in the public domain). I think it can be a possibility. Let's say there is no TO/JV etc,AMC will need finance before long. So RY may wants to keep Riverfort sweet and give them a copy of PFC for Riverfort to get it analysed by mining experts. Without breaking NDA rules. Any thoughts ? | callmebwana

27/9/2018 13:39 | Mad, I don't need the party to open a bottle of the Red,LOL :0) it have become a habit for me every night. At The Party it has to be Moet for sure. We will ask Spitfirerory to supply it. He has wine contacts. I think most here would be very happy at 20/30/50/1£ etc. Anything above 40P most would be having a party for months. Some will give up work, pay their mortgage or go off on cruses etc. The LTH's I think deserve it as well for their patience. I don't get to excited, as if it is bad news then depression sets in. We have to just show PATIENCE. It is not the money but the freedom it buys you from mundane life style. I just enjoy the adrenaline buzz from the Stock Market. Well, we have the right to build castles in the air at the moment.Who can blame us ?? Always look on the bright side of life, dum, diddy, dum. The Sun is shining and I am off for a walk. 27/9/2018 13:07 | We will have some good red if we do! | madengland_
27/9/2018 13:07 | CMB - maybe we will be organising the £1 party tomorrow! :-) | madengland_
27/9/2018 13:06 | It's a nice positive scenario CMB, let's hope so buddy. Interesting theory about Riverfort too, but that would mean they were getting a private nod from Robin. Surely not Hej! LolReckon all we will get tomorrow is the mid year info, but I will be mighty pleased if I am wrong and end up reading a told you so you grumpy sod Madengland post from our old mucker and board optimist, Seaclipper | madengland_
27/9/2018 12:41 | I have been thinking about this silence from AMC. What if RY does not need to do the Media Week ?? Perhaps something big has come along, T/O-JV etc etc. Anything is possible. Randy did not attend the FEE ! Why ?? I mean, it is a very important venue. Also Riverfort have not been selling either. Very strange behaviour all around ! IMHO of course. The negative is perhaps RY fell ill !! I mean he is getting along a bit now, though younger than me.I hope he is OK. Time will answer the questions. | callmebwana

26/9/2018 23:10 | Below are old very old info I have found, not to be taken in to current Amur account...! but what I am trying to find is who the hell are Irsto Limited??? Anyone any ideas?I've tried Cyprus company check but nothing...The Ministry of Natural Resources at the beginning of the year already exhibited Contact and Through sections for geological study (for this, the subsoil user had to conclude a contract for the use of plots). Then Chita assets were interested in several companies, so the Ministry of Natural Resources decided to hold an auction. Among those interested in the Chita assets were CJSC "Kun-Magnier", a shareholder of which is a certain Cyprus company "Irsto Trading Limited", LLC "Pluton" (Khabarovsk), LLC "Kodorskoe GRK" (Moscow), ZAO "GDK Siberia" (Moscow ), specializing in gold mining in the Altai Republic, Sverdlovsk Region and Chukotka, as well as GRK Bystrinskoye LLC, which is a subsidiary of Norilsk Nickel | qui quaerit reperit

26/9/2018 17:02 | Absolutely buddy, fully agree. But does he cares about respect...is it important to him as a person? He may be planning to sell us for $$$$$$$$$ take his multi million payout and retire...it depends what type of person he is and if he gets a good deal for us then I don't mind him not respecting me lol... I am used to disrespect already :) | qui quaerit reperit
26/9/2018 16:54 | Yes Tad, but he should respect his shareholders, we works for us after all. I am really disappointed with him, this whole media week and EEF debacle is one step too far. At least the sun is shining and it's time to walk the dogs | madengland_ |
