Hi Mad,sorry I meant we should find out something related to pfs funding etc... at least I hope so...:) yes agree with you it is frustrating with regards to Amur BOD communication but what can we do...unfortunately not much...RY should really learn from his mistakes and either stop promising something or do something what he promised....credibility...I don't think he is much bothered about it in UK, his main job is in Russia and he is well known to Russian Government and I think this is a key for him...maybe wrong don't know...

Due to fact that amc has no proper institutional investors and bod don’t own large %’s of the company shouldn’t this be a situation where PI’s can have a proper say in things?

I would happily join some sort of group that combined collective voting rights to force some sort of concessions from them.

Eg. Performance based salary for RY, not just a fat paycheck regardless and Better communications and more transparency from them.

It really feels that they are avoiding the important issues and that this is just a gravy train.

If I had invested more I would be bombarding them with calls and e-mails. Even if they weren’t answered they would know that they had a seriously p@ssed off shareholder.

Perhaps there are no decent offers on the table and there’s nothing more to it. It’s not exactly the type of RNS a company puts out so maybe they have nothing to tell us and are dragging this out and just hoping.

With the chairman sat hidden away in an office in the US, and likely riding the pig to market with the likes of Riverfort and Crede. Apart from managing the project on the ground, RY is singularly failing and his total lack of communication is farcical.

Find out what Tad?All we will get is the financials, I suspect my friend.RY keep them in the dark approach, I personally find it totally unacceptable. The media week behaviour, the failure of Randy to show up at the extremely important EEF, and not a peep from our CEO. Not acceptable

If something bad would be on cards then this would be against the Law...They can not make all these promises and a month later bring some bad news,it would be just simply against the Law.Still 2 more days left and we will find out...

Agree Giz. First a no show from a company officer at the EEF, then the much lauded media week in London due in September, not a peep from the CEO about what's going on with either. Add this to the constant jam tomorrow hints and evasive answers to questions. It's more than disappointing. Robin don't forget who pays your salary!

Well, Steve I am getting old, so you have to forgive me for getting something a little wrong somewhere. Still, they were the underworld lot, IMO.
I also think that you are like a breath of fresh air at times when you post on here.

I know you have a lot invested here. So I wish you all the best, same as most on here.
I just post things how I see them and never try and miss lead anyone. I wish all were happy in their world.I sincerely mean that.
From my point of view, having made quite a lot in my life, when I retired, I asked myself a question in my mind, was I very happy man to be wealthy ?? The answer was, nothing had changed in my life much really. As long as we remember, money can't buy us happiness.
Once an old friend said to me WORK IS WORSHIP ! How true he was,only now I realize, I know that for sure now.

Tad, you are right about, Sach,Potato,DB etc,etc. No wonder TDT moved to III.
For me ?? I make my own assumptions about the BoD,my reasons are as follows.

When we got the License, RY said a PFS would be released, no PFS came but what was called a Blue Print, did instead. I sold a lot of my holding in the spike. Sometimes I wish I had sold the lot. Hindsight and all that !!
A lot of share holders did not sell, waiting for the PFS !! Share price went down.
Some dodgy PR Guy then appeared saying how his daughter has paid the mortgage off on her house with AMC shares and how he knew there was some very good news coming for AMC share holders.Apparently he had spent some time with RY.No news came !!
Then RY announced that he has found a long term investor, it was CREDE.There was a very dodgy guy called Jet,he helped them arrange the deal with CREDE.
Jet had done some bird time (Prison time)as well for fraud. He was handsomely rewarded with AMC shares.
Just before the announcement of CREDE the share price went up some !!
When I looked up the deal, I did post on this BB that the CREDE deal was very bad for the share holders,I sold a very large chunk of my holding in AMC.
I got a lot of stick on this BB. Not that I cared much.I put my money into PAYS where I did extremely well.
Now we have another PFS wait and the Media Week. I will just wait and see what develops next.This has been my experience with AMC BoD so far.
I have very often stated that I love the resource and not the AMC BoD.
I trust the Russians a hell of a lot more then the Bod of AMC. Some of them are incompetent IMO.
I just hope that RY pulls a rabbit out of the hat. I have posted some of the past history of AMC. I stand to be corrected by some of the other LTH's.

It is one well known person... scachclownmaster... unfortunately that person got very serious mental problems... he thinks that he is 3 different persons...I would just ignore what he/she says...With regards to Amur,3 more days left,some people been waiting for years so 3 more days won't make a big difference...

The news when it comes, is going to be good or bad.IMO.
Riverfort have not sold any shares in the last few days, either they are out of ammo or they know something.
The share price has not changed much in the last few days trading.
Lots of small strange sells yesterday !!Why and Who by ? Randy was missing at FEE !
No RNS re Media Week as said by RY on Proactive Video for September!
Lots of strange goings on !! Am I being suspicious ? You bet ! DYOR etc.

RNS due? I think so,mid term results.

RY dodges difficult questions when being interviewed, and ignores them if you email them in. He hints at things to get people excited, but the things he hints at have never once transpired. We've got a lot of nickel sure. Whether RY plans for shareholders to benefit from this or is capable of dealing with the big finance boys is another.

You seem to be getting a little excited for no reason Sea.This month we have seen our Head of Russia operations no show for a major event, and our CEO miss yet another deadline, September media week, date tbc. Pretty poor don't you think. Shareholders kept in the dark as usual

Spitfirerory, you could be right in your assumptions in your above post. Anything is possible with our BoD. We the PI's are the last people to know of developments of any kind,yet we bankroll the Co. Very unprofessional BoD if you ask me. IMO.
The share price of AMC is behaving strangely as well, as if though shares are being transferred from one entity to another, it has been range bound for a while now !!! PATIENCE !

Glad to hear you sold the retail business.Everything is ordered on the net these days.
The high street shopping is dying slowly but surely. The Government keeps putting rates up most times as well. GL to you with whatever you decide to do in the future.
