18/9/2018 10:42 | Please don't put me down !! Logan,I think you just like a one sided conversation. I have asked you a few times, are you a holder here ?? Yet no answer from you !! What makes you so sure that AMC wants to go into production on their own ?? A, T/O a J/V are are all big possible. Has this never crossed your mind ? KAZ just bought a Copper discovery for $900 Mil in Russia. What about the need for Nickel Sulphide for EV's ? On top of all that AMC would be the cheapest miner of Nickel in the world.I find all your posts with a negative view on AMC. WHY? Your post above says Nickel has fallen 22%. I ask you has Copper not fallen ? No reply from you on that either. If you like to debate then don't just do it one sided. | callmebwana
18/9/2018 10:35 | sea - Still does not answer my reasonable question - Where are Amur going to get the in excess of $1bln they need to develop their mine? Especially as the cheap money of the past ten years is starting to run dry as interest rates are on the rise. | loganair
18/9/2018 10:32 | Also - the Nickel market is intending to split - lets not forget that and the implications that will bring -- | seaclipper
18/9/2018 10:18 | The question I would be asking as a shareholder is how are Amur going to raise the $1bln plus they need??? As this question has never been answered by Amur or RY and until it is I can see its share price remaining approximately where it is today. Please do not put me down as I think it is a fair and reasonable question I'm asking. | loganair
18/9/2018 10:13 | Nothing stays the same, and that includes the price of nickel. That doesn't mean companies don't need it. They all have to be ahead of the crowd and think about continuity, no matter what the price is. | peawacks
18/9/2018 10:11 | Look how much dilution of shares Amur need just to keep the basics going and drill testing the odd few million dollars here and there, at some point they will need to raise in excess of $1bln. | loganair
18/9/2018 10:06 | Logan why just mention Nickel? The price of Copper ?? Has that not fallen as well? Trump has just put 10% duty on $200 Billion of Chines imports. What are the Chines going to do ? I read a very good report today on Investing.Com that the Chines are going to start building roads and bridges and spend a lot more on building projects . Infrastructure spending will help their economy. Silk Road ? Maybe they will build the road for Amur. O/T. I am also invested in ZIOC (Iron Play in Congo ) The Chines are going to invest big time in building a railway and a very large port for Congo. DYOR on that one as well. They have already built railways in East Africa. | callmebwana
18/9/2018 10:04 | Then again the asset is thought to be worth in excess of $20bn. | peawacks
18/9/2018 09:53 | An example of the sort of money Amur need to develop their mine - Baikal Mining, which is the operator of Russia’s biggest undeveloped copper deposit, is planning on raising $1.25 billion in 2019. And the price of Nickle has fallen 22% since it's highs. | loganair
18/9/2018 09:52 | Clearly a blue on blue - it happens !! | seaclipper
18/9/2018 09:44 | Whats happened is following- Russian military plane with 15 people was landing. 4 Israel jets were bombarding some areas in Syria and Syrian army started shooting S200 at them. Then fighterjets hidden behind Russian war plane and one rocket hit the plane instead of Israel jet... | qui quaerit reperit
18/9/2018 09:33 | Russia says military plane carrying 15 people shot down by Syrian missiles -The Guardian, just now. Same tragedy but with different repercussions. | peawacks
18/9/2018 09:18 | Guys how can an S200 shoot down a Russian aircraft ?? Where is this news coming from ? Well if this kicks off we can stop worrying about the PFS. | callmebwana
18/9/2018 09:10 | *Fighter-jets* | qui quaerit reperit
18/9/2018 09:09 | Its Syrian S200 provoked by Israel fighters... | qui quaerit reperit
18/9/2018 07:55 | Russian reconnaissance aircraft. | peawacks
18/9/2018 07:38 | FFS ! Israel missiles knock out a Russian jet with 14 people on board. I just pressed the pause button. | peawacks
17/9/2018 20:29 | Gizmo, thanks for that link. Fair comment for most of it, but don't believe nickel majors base their strategies on spats at government level. They are thinking decades ahead, and it's this that makes me think it is manipulation of base metals markets that's going on. They wouldn't let Trump get in their way unless they wanted him to. | peawacks
17/9/2018 16:24 | Hi callmebwana I don't post on the LSE BB anymore or at least very rarely, its been over run. I've migrated onto the iii BB. I've no idea why RY has gone silent or why he hasn't released an RNS clearing up all of the confusion and uncertainty but I'm happy to accept its for good reason. I've been here for over 10 years so another 6/9/12 months or so is neither here nor there. As for nervous PIs I'm not sure Robin really cares about nervous PIs. You either understand how long these things can take or you don't. If you don't have the nerves for this sort of roller coaster ride then maybe Premium Bonds are a better option. As for the 6p comment agreed, more like 60p+. The problem is a share price may fall off a cliff in the blink of an eye but to climb back up takes time. T/O talks now would, in my opinion, be premature. On top of that if any sort of talks were taking place it would be reflected in the share price. The old saying "In the City there's always somebody who knows and always somebody who tells" is very true. The fact that the share price is anchored to the floor says it all in my opinion and I don't think its down to Rivertfort. TDT | trickydickytwo

17/9/2018 09:30 | Mad, yes. Not sure which is dropping at the faster rate, the price of nickel or the stock available ! This is a puzzle to me how and why this is happening. Do we still have the Memorandum of Understanding in place with Jinchuan ? This could explain RY's apparent inability to get the information out to shareholders in particular and the market in general. | peawacks |
