200.000 sold shares, and the share price falls a fifth? What a risky investment!

JSC Amurgeologiya (Blagoveschensk, the enterprise is part of the ROSGEO state holding) has signed a new contract for the study of the Larbinskaya area within the N-51-IV sheet (Amur Region). The company will act as a subcontractor in the framework of the execution of the state contract with FGBU A. P. Karpinsky All-Russian Geological Research Institute. The contract has concluded for carrying out a regional geological survey of 1: 200,000 scale per group of sheets within the Far Eastern Federal District (Southern regions) in 2017-2019.

The total area of the site is 4,607.9 sq. km. The study of the site will be performed in three phases from 2017 to 2019. During the contract execution period, the specialists will determine the regularities in the location of mineral deposits, the factors and criteria for their forecasting, and also clarify the boundaries of known and newly identified mineragenetic taxons that are promising for discovering mineral deposits (including the Apsakan silver-gold ore cluster, Yuzhno-Stanovaya iron-molybdenum-silver-gold ore and isolated Larbinsk iron-ore potential mineragenetic zones). In addition, the inferred resources of gold, tungsten, uranium and rare earths by P3 category will be estimated with recommendations for further exploration. All information will be plotted on a set of maps of a modern geological basis of scale 1:200,000 of the N-51-IV sheet.

In 2017 specialists of Amurgeologiya will study the area of 800 sq. km. The ground geological survey and prospective traverses are planned, as well as geophysical and mining works, which will result in the author's version of the State Geological Map - 200 for the studied site. The party of the enterprise has already left on the site and prepares to begin researches.

Pea - Agreed, RBW have already found commercial amounts of ore, they just do not know how big.

This is highly dependent on immediate success in finding quantities of ore, just like an oil well. Nobody likes a duster.

S0 - not at all, as Toys r Us etc borrowed so much money that they were unable to even pay the interest on their loans so the company just blew up which is completely opposite to what RBW are doing.

logan

Noone is going to spend US$1 billion to start producing without knowing that they have more than US$ X billions in metal that they can extract at a profit to repay the loans.

You run a business like that and you'll become a Carillion or ToysRUs.

pea - I disagree. RBW now have money coming in that will pay for further exploration without the need for any more borrowing or issuing of any more shares.
