Lol stop creating your story you silly muppet. I have not said anything of the sort.Ref how a company can make money, are you really that unaware of how business's work.Rather than giving you all the answers, here are a few subjects to research. You've got nothing better to do clearly so learn something rather than wasting your days posting nonsense. Now run along.....Roofer homework1. DFS / BFS 2. Why banks lend money3. Cash flow to debt ratio and forecast4. Debt to equity ratio5. Return on equity6. Return on assets

Madengland, your defiantly right about the selling and price falling to the 2p range, but how can a company raise £5 million or more that don't make any money or have any solid investment and if they had are at least 5years away from any form of production. Atb

Lol roofer, I post under one moniker unlike you. I remain confident that we have a huge and growing asset, that we are in a better position without Crede and that funding the DFS is easily do able. Short term share price movement is to me not the name of the game, so even you may just about have worked out that I don't comment on it. I hold this stock for the ultimate long term value I believe exists. Crede will need to exit and that will have some short term bearing I am certain, but there are a few approaches they can take and I am sure there number one aim is to make money, so let's see. I look forward to interim results and drill updates.

Note.....all shares that the warrants are converted to from these tranches will be satisfied from this authority. But there is no current authority as the last authority expires at the recent AGM.

If they can, they can only get their hands on 70m shares as circa 130m have already been allocated of the 200m.

Here's a question.....Crede own 64m warrants. The 200m share allotment granted at the last AGM has expired now and the BOD have no other shares available. Can Crede now swap these warrants for shares given there is no equity allocation?

RY read and digest your shareholders have said no way, no how, not on you nice safe salary nelly!

Amur Minerals Corporation Result of AGM

Resolutions 4 and 5 were required to give the Company authority to issue shares sufficient to meet the requirements of the Crede CG III Ltd financing announced on 14 December 2015 (the "Crede Financing"). Consequently Amur does not have sufficient authorisation from its shareholders to complete the fourth and fifth instalments of the Crede Financing. As a result, the Directors expect that the total amount raised under the Crede Financing will remain at the present level of GBP7.5 million and the Company will not receive the balance of a further GBP5 million that it would have received if it had been authorised by shareholders to complete the Crede Financing in full.

Lol .. Sorry and all "imo" but no matter how we try and dress the scenario up and as mentioned many times on here previously .. The current nicely paid AMC Ceo and his BOD do not give Jack *hit about their AMC PI's and the share price by the look of it .. It would be very convenient to just say the AMC Ceo was simply Naive on the Crede *hit Deal to raise virtually Jack *hit Cash wise ! .. But for me that is certainly not the case the *hit Lanstead Deal before the Crede deal was also an Ambiguos load of *ollocks .. And of course both Deals were also set up to operate on this City Spivs Daily Trading Platform of which generally ably helps the AMC share price and it's PI's constantly get Trashed/Shafted on a virtual Daily Basis .. And of course not to forget the CEO and his BOD also sign up not to be able to Buy any Shares in their/our Company along the way ! .. It's absolute Fairy Tale stuff and you would struggle to make it all up wouldn't you ?

Again "imo" Putting AMC PI's aside the Real Deal has always been based solely about Commission and Backhanders etc and of course keeping the AMC share price down .. Of which this best described current Spivs Daily Trading Platform very ably helps that cause !

Had a note back from info team vis a vis the situation, apparently QA will be updated to answer queries since AGM. I recall Crede have approx 64m warrants, not sure how many of these they will be able to convert any idea how many of the 200m allotment are left. Crede must now be thinking of the most profitable way to expedite an exit.

Thanks Raggytom.

From memory, the reason AMC shares are traded on ISDX was to accommodate Lanstead's trading strategy and DMA helped to facilitate the 'control' of the share price Crede obviously saw the benefit of this too ! Is it unreasonable to think that AMC might withdraw from this platform now ?

PeaAs the agreement for the free shares relates to previous tranches I would think they can still convert and get the shares. I cannot see why terminating tranches 4 and 5 would affect 1, 2 and 3.CheersRags

So are Crede still trading our shares on by Direct Market Access on the ISDX platform ?
If that's the case expect a dip. They want more free shares, can they still get them ?
Confused ? I am !

I have a different read on it peawacks. To me the post AGM rns says it all. T4 and 5 will not go ahead. Financially I expect we will have to wait till the interims. Until then business as usual.

Possibly an intra day RNS if the BOD are still in UK and mulling over the events of the Friday AGM. We need to get the news out, although Crede's position is still not clear.

Honestly it's been pretty well covered on iii chat. The notion that crede are hated is rubbish Robin seemed very grateful for the 7.5 million already received and feels amc have achieved alot with this money. He did state that Lanstead was a really good deal and they had several million more than they originally planned. Drilling deeper is pointless as the shelf of our deposit is at a certain depth and deeper yields less not more.Only 5 million more is needed to take us through 2017 and with crede now out they will be some form of fundraising needed. Nothing was really discussed about this if he knows something of course he could not say. I found some of the people at the meeting mega crede critical which on one hand I understand but right now we have no funding through 2017 so risks have increased and I suspect the share price will now full further. Without some really positive news I think with or without crede we are heading for a dip. The questions and answers lasted 57 minutes Robin tried to answer every question .My best guess is prepare for a rough ride until another 5 million is secured and it can be announced. Yes crede was super expensive in terms of shares but better than nothing and would have given us what we need. All my opinion of course !We will see what happens over the next fews weeks and if the market views us as high risk now ?Cheers Rags

The fact that RY and the BOD got into bed with Crede in the first place is a really poor decision. I am just glad the shareholders have taken the decision to stop the rot. £5m is chicken feed and we will get it other means
