JGHALE,Bit of a mine field but if you believe they have substantial value then get cracking. Since this letter was signed for, there will be someone who has seen it and dealth/is dealing with, it. You need to find out exactly who that is and this will take a lot of patience and phone calls so good luck.Since you kept a copy, if the said company is listed, you could apply to your current broker to get you a new certificate printed and sent out. The copy will make it easier for then to do so but is not required. Your allotted shares will be in the share register and this can not be removed without your explicit say so. If in fact fraudulent activity has taken place, i.e. the shares have been sold and you do not appear on the share register, then you will need to report this to the FSA.Good luck in your investigation and I hope you do get to the bottom of it. mad, I agree content is important if it makes you content at the end of it but this is not proving the case here so far.

I think adding roofer+sr2day+thomsc+reggie+ejblythe as it is all one person is probably a fairer comparison. The other point worth considering is content and contribution.

The authority exists for a defined period of time - from one AGM to the next. The expiry of the authority means that no new shares or warrants can be issued. All existing warrants are still convertible under that prior authority as they were granted within that authority.Best regardsAmur Answer Team

Not reading the board much got a bit fed up, it's not as if we are adding much. Clearly we have holders who are a tad fed up but believe in the future, and a load non holders who seem to post incessantly. A good post by sasa on iii worth a read.Fwiw I am not surprised by a little volatility at present. Short term Crede need to exit, and we also have the uncertainty of funding, how and how much. I personally believe the how much will be the good news we get first, the how the next bit good news. As for Crede exit, the outstanding 64m warrant question I have been trying to get to the bottom of as this will dictate Crede exit strategy. Here is my correspondence chain of late. (Next post)Once they are gone they are gone. It's a little bit of a stalemate and I am sure in the lawyers hands.

I am a holder but rarely post though I read everybody's comments!
I have a problem and hope for some advice.
I found an old share certificate for Dana petroleum which apparently was taken over 6
Years ago.
I rang Computershare in Bristol to see if it had any value....the guy on the phone said it may have but he needed to see the certificate and advised me to sent it.
This I did via recorded delivery and I know they received it.
However I heard nothing so a week later I rang and, although they accept receipt of a letter from me, nobody seems to know anything about my certificate!
Is there an ombudsman or similar as I believe the missing certificate has substantial value?
Any thoughts?

As posted yesterday I am Holding the few I have left and am totally not interested in Buying anymore whilst this current "imo" Spiv AMC CEO is at the helm .. At any Cost whatsoever even 1p !!!!

I have also vowed never ever to get involved with any UK City Spivs AIM Rodeo Companies again .. It's as simple as that !

Lol .. Whilst talking about "Junk Standard" then "imo" that is certainly what the well paid current and long standing AMC CEO has reduced his/our Companies share price down to ?

Don't be surprised to see a take over here at some stage at around 8/10p Max .. Hopefully that is not the case but personally I think it is very much on the cards .. Sadly !

Hmm .. Keep Buying more whilst in the meantime the AMC share price simply keeps going down on a virtual daily basis of which "imo" is all down to Hard Faced CEO Brassneck's Mickey Mouse Yankee Funding Deals and has been the case for around 12mths or so .. You couldn't make the current situation up that we have here could you really ! .. Since the Mining License was finally granted virtually after around 4/6wks virtually every RNS {Around 12/14 or so of them ? } have simply just brought the share price down at the Close of Trading .. Total Fairy Tale stuff !

In voting to get rid of Crede, I knew what would happen to the share price Not bothered. I bought into 'the project ' not the share price I will buy more. RY has consistently told shareholders to ignore the share price but keep your eye on the big prize.
I would also add: ignore most of the posters on this board, they have reduced it to junk standard. Try interactive investor or better still London South East forums.

I agree Giz - I'm taking the longer term view i.e 6-12 months+
Once things start to fit into place the share price will increase in a big way.
I'm happy to sit, wait and top up on the dips.
