28/2/2008 08:36 | No I was thinking maybe cvs had a history of floating duds which seemed to be what was implied .I had not researched that deep offer now 2.11p by the way . | h d shoring
28/2/2008 08:32 | oh, I see, do you think cvs would try to take it private? | panagos
28/2/2008 08:18 | Thanks panagos . What I meant was ,is humbugg suggesting anyone thinking of buying dtec [as it was helped to float by cvs]should top themselves ???? | h d shoring
27/2/2008 16:12 | where is the link to dtec???? | h d shoring
27/2/2008 16:07 | if you had a portoflio of CVS investments you'd seriously be thinking of topping yourself. :-)) | humbugg
27/2/2008 15:45 | I would imagine it means the deal was struck on the condition that dtec shares were admitted to aim .which of course they were .just done a dummy and you can get £1k,s worth at 2.3p but will see what tomorrow brings . | h d shoring
27/2/2008 15:01 | The Company acquired the entire issued ordinary share capital of Earlyworx (Pty) Ltd ("Earlyworx"), conditional on Admission, for an initial net consideration of #0.9 million and a deferred consideration, payable on the commissioning of a set number of LRUs, of #0.8 million. Earlyworx holds 81 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of Primus Special Projects (Pty) Ltd ("PSP"), which owns the intellectual property rights to the LRU. The objective of the Group will be to commercialise the LRU technology by initially entering into revenue sharing agreements with holders of mineral rights in South Africa, and potentially in other diamond producing regions around the world. conditional on Admission. Anyone knows what that means? as diamond sorting IP is owned by PSP? | panagos
27/2/2008 09:26 | Have faith guys! If you have the time this is certainly a share to hold. Askewg, I have heard the same as you state: Weather proof end of March. Power generators soon. No IP disputes. But the big thing for me is that I hear there are several very interested parties looking at JV's. | affhouse
26/2/2008 21:23 | In mid march the weather wont be an issue as they will have completed making the plant weather proof. And they also have just bought big generators to combat the power outage. EDIT: weather proof maybe April. | askewg
26/2/2008 16:39 | 2 things have to be considered . 1 make sure the patent has not been stolen . 2 make sure the system works at speed and economically . If those check out I think it will be worth a punt . The right wording on a rns may treble the share price before you can get in and you wont know when it is coming . Good luck either way . | h d shoring
26/2/2008 16:38 | they've had problems with the weather as well as the power cuts, lots of rain has held work back significantly imho. looks cheap, could get alot cheaper? | humbugg
26/2/2008 16:18 | agreed with your technique HD but what if something is fundamentally wrong here? I'd wait for an rns from co. to confirm all is ok before I get some, even if it means i'll pay a bit extra.. | panagos
26/2/2008 16:14 | pi,s dont get worked up over a share that may come good in 3 months time . If this issues a couple of juicy rns around May the punters will be all over it like a rash . I try to get into a share before the herd ,and try to get out just before their feet trample me to death . | h d shoring
26/2/2008 16:07 | H D if it drifts any further it will evaporate... | panagos
26/2/2008 16:03 | Last rns on 12/2 /08 said finance in place for start up . Delays due to power shortage may occur . Maybe that is the problem ? Promised news after May when plant may be running full steam . Would expect the share price to drift until then . Any movement north would probably mean good news leaking out . | h d shoring
26/2/2008 15:52 | Dont think it will go that low but you never know .I see this as another possible goldplat . | h d shoring
26/2/2008 15:42 | rapidly getting to my have a punt level . | h d shoring
26/2/2008 14:56 | any news to explain price action? anyone know cash situation? | panagos
21/2/2008 17:23 | Some last minute buying going on... Go on DTEC shock me with some great news tomorrow! | askewg
21/2/2008 16:05 | The demand for diamonds looks strong for the next few years. I have also read that smaller companies have struggled to get finance for mining exploration. This is why the news the other day was good news. | askewg
21/2/2008 15:56 | I am not sure we'll hear anything on this share until mid-March to April time i think... I just hope the price doesn't slide any more and that when it comes it is good news! What other shares are people looking at? | askewg
21/2/2008 12:24 | Thanks Askewg | h d shoring
18/2/2008 16:51 | My question: I have read on a forum a comment about possible IP disputes. Can you say whether this is even in the slightest bit true? The reply: There are no IP disputes that I am aware of, please can you send me the address for the forum. | askewg |
