The current raise probably to.pay off debts. Tommy was right. Why did the management not buy a single share if it had fallen over 99 percent. This week it may end as indicated by the rns. I suspect it may get suspended if no more funds comes into play.

The question Is the investor playing AMTE Along with others in this Spiv shark pit I've witnessed this before with DDDD pharmaceutical A investor took them right to the wire Then pulled the plug ...then sold all the assets for peanuts, including a factory in France ... a court case is activeWhen i say they are all in it Panmure Gordon are AMTE joint brokerBut I'm pretty certain they have a short position open ... could it be market mechanics ? The demand for Cells is huge / the tariff benefit angle is huge Yet all the billions of cash investment in the green sector constantly banded about Were is it ??

The potential was there long ago , but the BOD have not delivered , they will fail unless a major development takes place , hence the silly share price , market does not belief at this moment in time , I would give them 1000 to 1 to succeed.

When you look at the RNSs the management valued retail so much that they mention they would allow them to buy more at 1.7p -

So much value that they decided to buy none for themselves -

Looks like all those pi who bought at 1.7p are now dumping in panic mode , it's about time the company updated the market !

Just remember this UK EV Manufacturers Cannot sell in to Europe with out battery cells and various components being made in the UK Without avoiding huge tariffs on exported vehicles AMTE are the only up and running UK cell manufacturer capable of supply For example BMW
