Like clock work Sunday evening So predictable NOT ! I'll just remind you They are at least 12 New car manufacturers in the UK all of them export From January 1st 2024 45 percent of battery components have to be sourced from UK origin manufacturers. The UK has 2 battery up and running cell manufacturers AMTE are one of them ! Amazing someone with no position taking such a derogatory interest of this situation All I'm going to say after talking with various people this weekend is to wait and see ... Certain people maybe in for a rude awakening in the coming weeks !!

The poor PI who were offered the chance to buy at 1.7p are now sitting on a 70% loss , and every chance of loosing the lot , well and truly rogered by a dodgy BOD , where are the contracts with BMW etc ?

It's pity the the offer wasn't fully subscribed . Amte would then have probably had enough money to carry them through the dd process.The suspension of shares as a result of the forward selling of unissued shares messed everything and now the share price has been manipulated down to this level .

i wonder if Panmure Gordon had a Short position open on VRS ?They are also joint brokers with themBoth companies share price have collapsed Would that be classed has insider trading ?Imo it would ! Absolutely stinks All my assumptions are getting forwarded to the relevant authorities Let them decide And you wonder why UK investment is being scowled at from the rest of the world Our government need to make serious examples of these charlatans asap If proved !

Just one more note With current Manufacturing capacity Already in place on two sites Capable of producing 8 million cells per annum I'm guessing they will make at least 1 pound per cell Add on all the other elements to generate revenue Your looking at 10 million revenue PA !! Valued at 1M ?HELLO !

Amar , it is forbodden to speak with PI if u r a Board member , the company needs to be honest with the market , looks like they have very few options left , come clean please.
