Toxic. Must have been really over a barrel.
"Pursuant to the terms of the Arena Loan, AMTE Power shall be obliged to repay Arena an amount equal to 50 per cent. of the amount which the aggregate net proceeds of the Placing and the Retail Offer received by AMTE Power exceeds GBP1.5 million, up to a maximum repayment amount of GBP0.6 million, based on the amount currently drawn."

Currently down 80% to placing price 1.7-1.8p =

Agree with Dave4545, what were peeps expecting? Look at the level of equity taken at issue price of 1.75p.

I get some stocks going mental because of ponzi style chasing.

But paying 12.5p when it's been "partly" rescued with huge dilution at 1.75p are
people nuts.

I guess the mm's will spike them as high as people are willing to chase them but in this case that seems utterly crazy why somebody would pay 12p+ when somebody has funded the company at 1.75p. Yes there is some upside value to the fact it's not going bust but when those shares get issued the market cap would rocket if the price is still miles above that level so where is the value in that.

I think shorters will be licking their lips if it goes higher
