Oh no not again.
Was he getting a little "emotional" again?!

I suggest he could write a therapeutic supportive polite e mail to JB then, he'll feel a lot better after that.

DH - Strange as there was a time when he posted it every day. Has he gone all shy? Surely he can't have realised it was all a load of nonsense?
Thanks for trying !

Slap on the wrist for English version of THE CITIZEN

Mar 3, 2019 - Govt clarifies decision to suspend THE CITIZEN for seven days

"As if that was not enough, Dr Abbas said on January 23:
The Citizen deliberately published a misleading story claimed that the value of the local currency (Tanzanian shilling) had fallen significantly compared to three years ago.

In total violation of professional principles, the story cited unnamed sources from a bureaux de change and some economists without consulting the Bank of Tanzania (BoT), the authority mandated to regulate exchange rates."

I think he's simply an old soak.
As I recall, he was sent to Cape Town to attend an oil and gas conference and spent the weekend nursing an almighty hangover.
Never made it to the conference...

"However, that is not VAT related, as far as I'm aware!"

Peter it's the mechanics of theft he's talking about not VAT returns...Obviously. You know the reason there's no investment in the Country.

Aminex has suffered from lengthy delays in Tanzania and I could be excused for ditching it but I sense that the tide has turned and that process will be helped by the new Chairman.

Just can't get the posters anymore!

Hello sw I have put a request on the MC board.
They are awfully busy over there discussing everything aex.

I have no idea what the emperor's reaction will be of course.
Probably a fart full of absolute fury and vitriol but we can but hope.

2.7m net is being held back. The TPDC are claiming disputed royalties. The Company said computational errors. But AEX as operator are responsible for recovering the lot. Including the recently departed Bountys' 1.7m or something. Jay stated 18 million had been generated as revenue from KN-1 while interviewed recently. More like 12 at the moment. It isn't mentioned much.

"Gross receivables owed for gas sales $6.94 million; $2.70 million net to Aminex at 31 December 2017.

13 c
"Aminex has advised the TPDC that it does not accept the balance of the claims, which include computational inaccuracies. No further provision has been made in the financial statements for the additional amounts claimed as the Directors believe the claims are without merit and are satisfied that the US$6.94 million included in trade receivables as owing from the TPDC will be fully recovered"
