27/2/2019 11:13 | 2.7m net is being held back. The TPDC are claiming disputed royalties. The Company said computational errors. But AEX as operator are responsible for recovering the lot. Including the recently departed Bountys' 1.7m or something. Jay stated 18 million had been generated as revenue from KN-1 while interviewed recently. More like 12 at the moment. It isn't mentioned much. "Gross receivables owed for gas sales $6.94 million; $2.70 million net to Aminex at 31 December 2017. 13 c "Aminex has advised the TPDC that it does not accept the balance of the claims, which include computational inaccuracies. No further provision has been made in the financial statements for the additional amounts claimed as the Directors believe the claims are without merit and are satisfied that the US$6.94 million included in trade receivables as owing from the TPDC will be fully recovered" | gerryjames | |
