It's not so much the trend it's the possible realisation of value that would push the share price to higher highs and lower lows.

There hasn't been any selling on low volume. Nothing stopping it hit 10p if the trend continues.

no clue about purported meetings, but when Aminex told us a week ago, that they have been assured by "relevant government authorities that the extension is forthcoming and will update the markets once formalised" leads me to think that the document is now ready for signing.

forthcoming, 1. about to happen or appear.
2. ready or made available when wanted or needed

formalize, 1. give (something) legal or formal status.

Even if there is to be a meeting between AEX and the Energy Minister as has been reported do you honestly think that the license will then be approved within a matter if days?

I have been in and around AEX too long to believe that is a given...
