They are fully funded based on the development plan, but that is based on estimates which are bound to change. It might cost less in which case there is a clause that states Aminex will receive the money from APTs profits (I think 50% of them from memory), or more likely, it will cost more and Aminex will have to stump up any additional costs from their profits. Whether potential referred to the deal going through or being fully funded once/if the deal goes through I don't know and I don't think it really matters does it?

Regardless Kimboy2, it's yet another ambiguous point in an Aminex RNS. AEX can be damn frustrating. Oh well, I'll hang around for the next spike (if there is one).

I read the 'potenital fully funded' bit to refer to the potential of the deal going through rather than being potentially, but not necessarily, fully funded to 'material levels of cash flow'.

MESSAGE FOR MENTAL CENTRAL
Quick lads over to Emporer central with all the bags.
Can't understand why they didn't get this away at 1.84p as this was definitely the time to load up and average down?
I am very very concerned the shut down of mental central is linked to a mm / shorting conspiracy and you need to get this message out there.
Any sensible comments welcomed*.
All imho and dyor of course.

I suspected a placing was coming as even the briefest glance at the balance sheet suggested that they were running on fumes. At least that's out of the way now and we can focus on progressing the projects!

But I must admit recent RNS's have got me reaching for the dictionary to check the meaning of words like "accelerate" and "imminent" and phrases like "fully-funded" and "drive value"?

But fear not,
accelerate .. increase in rate, amount, or extent .. from zero any progress will be acceleration, so factually correct.
imminent .. about to happen .. no time frame for reference is given, so I suppose it is again factually correct.

I won't go on.

C'mon Jay & team jump to it. No excuses now. What we want now is for you to, my own word, "deliver".

I can't get into LSE either but I thought they stated that they were fully funded and now that has changed to "potentially" fully funded. I may be wrong but one thing is for sure the ramping brigade categorically, and repeatedly, stated that AEX were fully funded for it. In fact, there were comments like 'what part of fully funded do you not understand'?

Yes one day good to see.
One thing that does concern me massively is that I can't get on mental central.
Does anyone agree with me that this is part of a mm / shorter conspiracy?

All sensible* comments welcome.

* those that 100% agree with me and have to be ramptastic.

Indeed it is Dunder, but that wasn't the point I was making. Lots of trades going through which I assume 3 of the big ones are cancelled or roll backs. I'm no expert but the price would have moved if they were genuinely all buys? Nice to see more than 4 trades in a day though!

Kev, they are carried for 35 million which may not be enough depending on many factors. Are you surprised it's a potential full carry and not an open full carry regardless of final costs?

Gerry, there won't be any development till there's a licence. Sure it's very likely, but it's also considerably slow coming and we don't know the terms. Once that's sorted C-1 can move forward, development can be moved forward. I regard licence uncertainty, and the consequent hold ups as the key factor in terms of current valuation.

Tanzanian issues, Peter. Lack of development and the theft of the KN-1 revenue has caused the slide in the SP, over recent years. That licence is nailed on. We all expect it one day.

It will take coins in the coffers to get this moving north in a meaningful way. At this stage.

Well if I was on the BoD I would have no reason to moan; once I had managed to transfer all of the value of the Ndovu assets from AEX shareholders to the cornerstone investor I could then relax and wait for my sinecure in Oman... If you do get the job Dunder can I ask that you look for a place at the table for me please. ;0)
