30/7/2015 11:45 | skin, I'm not getting any better at this investing game. Moved on to LGO after Aminex; oh dear! Still, I'll keep practicing. I've got some leeks, potatoes and sprout plants in the garden so I won't have to go hungry. As you say family are more important than money. Didn't Reagan visit Ireland claiming he had family there? Either that or he went to kiss the blarney stone. Keep smiling, jacks. | jacks13

29/7/2015 22:44 | Hi Jacks well, I can only think of John Kennedy, but the Irish are very welcome to the two George Bushes, Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan. Hows it going? Good time to keep one's head down I think. I'm spending more time with the family and in the garden :-) | skinwalker

29/7/2015 08:51 | What else do you expect any company to say? The GSA is ready except sorting out the payment guarantees. What more can they or should they say - bearing in mind they are in negotiation? Being told how many sugars Jay takes in his coffee wouldn't move any of us forward very far. Peter | greyingsurfer
29/7/2015 07:52 | greyingsurfer 28 Jul'15 - 16:11 - 53250 of 53253 2 0 At what point can we, the long suffering, patient shareholders reasonably expect a full and detailed status update on this imminent GSA? There have been a number, e.g. most recently on June 4th. -------------------- Unless I am mistaken this was the full and detailed status update on June 4th. "...First production is dependent on final commissioning of the new pipeline and completion of the processing plant on Songo-Songo Island, which is currently on schedule, and the signing of the Kiliwani North Gas Sales Agreement ("GSA"). The GSA is complete except for the finalisation of the payment protection clauses and guarantees. Although there is uncertainty over the exact timing of a signed GSA, with first production expected mid-2015,..." I guess the words "full" and "detailed" mean different thing to different people. | lfdkmp
28/7/2015 21:44 | TZ government has said testing will start on July 29th, but Wentworth 'Take or Pay' agreement doesn't kick in until July 31st. Should expect at min an RNS from them by Friday whether things are a go or no-go. | vike1
28/7/2015 20:31 | I sure bet AEX directors regret saying no gas before any signed gsa. just like regretting 'imminent' for overs 19 months. whats bets gas is produced before any signed contract.con men | dontsweatit
28/7/2015 19:42 | Irish? I thought he was Hawaiian-Indonesian? Anyway, no matter, he's got a brain you can see from Pluto. Nice guy I think too. Shame there's only one of him. Its a Bush or a Clinton next (and I don't think that's progress) | skinwalker

28/7/2015 09:00 | If only President Obama was Tanzanian...and not Irish. He's sorted Kenya with a single speech. | gerryjames
28/7/2015 08:54 | They must of kept supplying the gas. In effect what AEX are asking for is money upfront to guarantee payment. | whoppy
28/7/2015 08:52 | Except thats not the Orca experience with tens of millions owed to them | edgar222
28/7/2015 08:52 | Except thats not the Orca experience with tens of millions owed to them | edgar222
28/7/2015 08:47 | As with all gas contracts with non payment, the supplier has the right to cut supply. No weekly/monthly payment..no gas. Why they don't just agree to supply gas in return for payment either upfront or on delivery lord knows..you don't need a payment protection clause for that. It's all a con to keep the thought of revenue in the minds of shareholders until proved otherwise. | whoppy |
