"On 24 March 2015, the Company and an independent third party have entered into sales and purchase agreement for the disposal of 100% equity interest in Karl Thomason Energy Limited and all its subsidiaries with consideration amounted HK$3,000,000. TC1 - yes, I fear you're right. There seems to be a point of no return, particularly in the case of AS2 - the tipping point appears to be about 3 months. If afflicted for longer than that, there is no way back.
No idea why Solo is on the move - but I'm sure it won't last

I wonder what exactly was meant by "continuing progress with the GSA"? Just how long does it take to complete a GSA or are factors such as uncertainty regarding available quantities hampering the discussions? other factors in play? trust issues based on pace of seismic?

well, you don't have to be an investment guru to realise this share is a dog. I've heard that Aminex syndrome sufferers are now so plentiful that G"SK are actively developing AS and AS2 vaccines which they now believe to be commercially viable.
