'In the Kingdom of the Blind, the one eyed man is king'

I have a quote from a Company for new windows which is very competitive. However that Company has serious cash flow issues and will probably not survive. Would I buy those windows and risk serious disuption should anything go wrong, knowing the company cannot manage its way forward to even attempt to grow?

The answer is obviously NO

So why would Tanz buy gas from a Company in exactly the same situation? They will just wait until AEX is in more secure hands and buy at more preferential rates from a more secure company that does what it says it will do, as we all would.
When did AEX last do what it said it would?
Most posters here are so BLIND they cannot see the reality of what is going to happen. No GSA is for a reason.

AEX target price 0p, as clear as day, if you can see it.

I bet most here cannot!!!!

Looks like the Tanzania Gas Bill won't be debated this month, as was reported, and will be pushed back to the next Parliamentary session. Too bad. GSA signing may have been tied to this going through.

600km of licence obligation seismic to do on Nyuni and, according to their own calculations, 775km still needed on Ruvuma a start on which is going to be needed this year if they are to have any hope of meeting the December 2016 four explo well obligation. Seismic rates will probably have dropped alongside rig rates but still, how much? Around $7-8m for Ruvuma and c$4-5m for Nyuni if they can find a ship on station? Better guestimates welcome (especially if they are cheaper!)

A big, big need for larger/richer partners or, better still, a takeover following a mega triumph on the Ntorya appraisal well.

Re yesterday's RNS, is Nyuni still intact as per previous maps?

Interesting point, WB, the map in the AGM presentation from last year still shows the original boundaries (AFAICT). It's possible that a decision on which 50% to relinquish has been postponed until after more seismic is done, as part of the rescheduling agreement? It would clearly be of benefit to AEX to be able to do that.

Re yesterday's RNS, is Nyuni still intact as per previous maps? This from 7.1.1 on p47 of the Prospectus:

"During the initial four-year exploration period ending 27 October 2015, the Nyuni Area PSA called for
800 km of new 2D seismic to be acquired, including 200 kilometres over transition zone where there is
little or no existing seismic data. These commitments were required to be completed within the first two
years of the initial exploration period which expired on 27 October 2013. A minimum expenditure
commitment of US$5 million by 27 October 2013 has been met through the acquisition of transition zone
seismic. The Tanzanian authorities have endorsed the conversion of the remainder of the licence
obligation to the acquisition of 600 km of 3D seismic over the deep-water sector of the Nyuni Area
acreage. In the second two-year period beginning 27 October 2013, two wells are to be drilled, the first of
which is to be spudded no later than thirty months after the date of grant of the PSA, being 27 April 2014.
The minimum expenditure commitment for the two wells is US$20 million.
In accordance with the requirements of the Nyuni Area PSA, 50 per cent. of the concession area is to be
relinquished based on a proposal submitted by the partners at the end of the initial exploration period."

No!
In a perfect market (which this isn't) more shares would have been sold than bought. It has nothing to do with the number of people dealing
