they've run the share price down and shaken out loads until no one is selling, now the rise back up as they try to pick up more and more

I think so mate. My gut feel is we will drift upto the 16p range soon naturally and this will play between 13-16 next 3 weeks, will be a decent day trading stock for a quick 15% :)

14.75 is possible without TR1 today. Any good RNS will send it up to 15+ in no time

I retired last week and have a long list of chores I’m working through so only looking in occasionally. I can’t see there being much share price action unless we get an RNS of interest, would be nice to see some stake building though!

Defo mate. I think we will settle in this range for few days but convinced will see some kind of decent rally close to May as voting outcome gets close. Thats when i see the real push to get over the 20p resistance point....

Chinese Investor (AMGO) 30 Mar 2021 - 12:35:33
They are now considering borrowers having more than one vote depending on their circumstances !
i.e. "weight their votes"

Chinese Investor (AMGO) 27 Feb 2021 - 10:01:57
So one million borrowers and guarantors will be eligible to vote for "the Scheme".
Most of them know that have no chance of redress so they'll vote for it because they have nothing to lose.
Amigo will get their 75% !
The courts and FCA can see this and will not approve the "Scheme" in the proposed form.

I absolutely agree that the past customers are most likely to vote yes and have no doubt this is why Gary was keen to be wholly inclusive and include these past customers.

I think is a fair assumption that amigos customer base are not as well educated or as ‘in tune’ with the financial world as maybe some investors are, but I grew up on a council estate so I think I have a good idea of the mindset of the customer who will receive this letter. My general view would be if someone comes offering you free money you just take it, you don’t question it. You just take the money and be happy that you have more today then you did yesterday. So again my summary is the past customers weight should easily tip the scales to yes. All my own opinion of course.

Sam I am not a sun reader (although do have a house next door to VisRoth of daily mail) or one of jubberjim 'great unwashed' - BUT think my view is these are amigos customers and its their choice and we should rise above the name calling - just not cool

I know, I am astounded at the number cutting their noses off. If it doesn't happen, I wonder if they can all claim against Sara for costing them money?

Very reasoning makes sense and is logical but remember majority of the folks voting here probably won't be logical and normal clientele, eg being what I call typical Sun reader (no disrespect to anyone who is a Amigo loan holder).
