Mick, this will be plenty of swing on this stock over the next 28 trading days. When James Benamor is down to 10% he can call another board meeting and kick out the board. Follow him on twitter and read his blog. He has explained all in his blog and been straight with fellow investors.

Im in at 10.30p avg and would love to support these guys long term, but I cannot see the legs. The UK public are too parasitic and the fools always win in this country.

He is the founder (JB) of Amgo who fell out with the current bod. Since then they have the original CEO returning who the founder put in place but the founder signed an a no cancelable contract with his broker to sell 1% of his holding per day. The returning CEO was the best move JB had ever made for the company says JB. He built a strong working relationship with the FCA

something happening ...for good or ill...

First Witch: When shall we three meet again?
In thunder, lightning, or in rain?

Second Witch: When the hurly-burly's done,
When the battle's lost and won.

Third Witch: That will be ere the set of sun.

....

Fair is foul, and foul is fair:
Hover through the fog and filthy air.

If it were done when 'tis done, then 'twere well
It were done quickly.

Double, double toil and trouble:
Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.

There are a few thinks that could drive this down (one is/was known) -James Benamor (that has been happening); claims companies after their post PPI fix, FCA and Fin. Omb.

things that could drive this up is FCA backing (partially achieved, hence there would not have been an extension); Fin Obs. adjudicated on worst/easiest cases; Amgo refuting claims; JB sees no need to drive share price down because he knows his objectives are achieved; JB buying back in, others buying in to wipe out JB....crazy stuff...certainly not based on fundamentals. A possible bid...after all the market/providers are decimated...AMGO has an almost clear field..

...Just need demonstration of a good degree) of compliance to be shown for the past, and an appropriate response to address the regulators....
