GC talk to JB and offers to cancel the shareholders agreement without him having to reduce to 10% - JB will have c 26% at that point.
JB joins board.
SP rises a lot.

4. Consultation with the FCA/FSA if unsuccessful full judicial review.
SP rises.

5. From what I have read I have to believe that we win judicial review.
SP rises.

6. Game continues or a substantial bid comes in."

e.g. he could start up a rival company !

Could see a flash crash in the last minutes. MMS been hammering it everyday in last 30mins.

wow all of us made some profit in the auction.

Hope they let us to buy SBB shares at 5p by Friday.


Seller took a few of my bids on buyside, unexpected but very happy as I got near 0.7p profit per share 30-40 mins later.
