You are correct.
I was just trying to show Amigo has a future with a smaller number of solid customers and money returned to customers was previous revenue and nothing else.

One problem that stands out is the payment of the ultra generous dividends.
Bordering on the shocking when we see the full historical picture.

Amigo had 230,000 customers at the end of 2019.
They are returning interest payments to successful complainants.
(as that is previous revenue it is no big deal)

Let's assume 100,000 customers didn't complain.

So over the last year what are the credits and debits :-
CREDITS
Revenue received from the 100,000 is £100,000,000
(no revenue from the remaining 130,000)
DEBITS
Impairments were £100,000,000
Regular operating costs were £50,000,000
Complaints operating costs were £10,000,000
Dividends were £40,000,000
LOSS
£100,000,000

So we can progress with our 100,000 solid customers with a annual profit of £60,000,000 !
Our cap is currently £40,000,000 !
